Sold a faulty product
I bought a watch from here and received it with a dead battery, I chose to get the battery replaced, to return it meant it would not be back in time for my granddaughters birthday, I paid 25.95 for the battery and requested they reimburse me for the price of the battery, they refused. I would have expected as a gesture of good will because they sold me a faulty product that they would have settled this no problem, but no......AVOID! Really poor customer service
