A great experience. Emma was so good, very friendly but professional. She looked at what I wanted to do and came up with a great road tour and cruise combination with added days at the end which I requested. She tailored everything to suit me and completely met my expectations. I knew I could trust her judgement and can't thank her enough.

I have been using this company for many years for my cruises I had a cruise booked for November but had to cancel due to moving home on that date which was given by my solicitor Firstly I lost over £800 plus had to give Cruise1st £75 to cancel They DO not value your custom the advisor told me that on a call her exact words were it doesn’t matter how long or how many cruises you have been on you still have to pay £75 I have another cruise booked in March with my work colleagues after that I will definitely not book with this company again Unless your partner has passed or there is a death in the family they are not interested. Unsympathetic company to the core

Offer price matching but can’t back up their promise. Advertising this and not delivering goes against trading standards.
