Think before you cancel
I have been using this company for many years for my cruises I had a cruise booked for November but had to cancel due to moving home on that date which was given by my solicitor Firstly I lost over £800 plus had to give Cruise1st £75 to cancel They DO not value your custom the advisor told me that on a call her exact words were it doesn’t matter how long or how many cruises you have been on you still have to pay £75 I have another cruise booked in March with my work colleagues after that I will definitely not book with this company again Unless your partner has passed or there is a death in the family they are not interested. Unsympathetic company to the core
