I had an extremely excellent service from Emma Short from Cruise1st who assisted me throughout the booking. I got the best deal along with best service .I highly appreciate and recommend.

The lady called me after keeping an option on my dates. I was grateful for the call as I was busy and would have forgotten! Then she gave me lots of information when I asked as we’re new to cruising. She was helpful and friendly. Looking forward to the cruise now.

Our cruise specialist Mary Isaac was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went out of her way to get us exactly what we wanted at the best price. She had booked our previous cruise and so we were really pleased when her colleague, rather than take the sale, forwarded our enquiry straight to Mary. That’s what I call, putting the customer first.

Talked to cruise1 agent Michael Thomas who l must say is a true superstar and walked us through step by step on the cruise we was looking at nothing was to much trouble for Michael and saved us a lot of money which was even better Michael you are a Legend

We had sorted the holiday with Mary Isaacs in record time. She was quick and efficient, returning phone calls at exactly the time she said she would. There was no endless waiting for our calls to be answered. We are very pleased and looking forward to our holiday in the Caribbean which we secured at e cheaper rate than other agencies were offering.

We booked our Cruise holiday at last moment, but the Customer Service representative Victoria Benjamin was very efficient and managed to get us a good deal.

Wow, what amazing customer service!!! I've never been on a cruise before and I was was slightly nervous about which one to book, but 'sealegs' Emma put my mind completely at rest, and helped me book my first cruise!! I will definitely be contacting her again when I book my next cruise, which will hopefully be a 20 day cruise around the Caribbean! 😎 Thank you Emma, what a lovely person, who has a wonderful personality and incredible knowledge in cruises! Cruise 1st was really helpful when booking our cruise. Mary was on the ball but not pushy to get a booking. Would definitely book through Mary Isaac again & recommend her to friends & family.

Booked with Cruise 1st to sail out on the 11th of October from Southampton with MSC and the trouble I have had with having a disabled passenger has been a nightmare. Can’t add on non alcoholic drink packages with alcoholic packages without a letter from the GP stating our disabled passenger can’t have alcohol, wanting everyone in our party to have an alcoholic package to be able to sit together at dinner. And let’s not mention the amount of proof required to be able to get an adaptable room & the amount of information needed on an electric scooter. All this information was provided at time of booking yet were due to sail out in 7 days and need to start the whole procedure again. Hours wasted on the phone to MSC to be told to phone Cruise 1st, Only to Phone Cruise 1st and be told I’ll need to call you back once iv spoke to MSC. Not the first time I have cruised with MSC or Cruise 1st but it will definitely be the last.

During a recent booking experience the Cruise 1st Sales Representative confessed to them applying a 100% commission rate to our drinks package resulting in the price being doubled for us consumers. Not sure if this is an industry standard or just Cruise 1st ripping us off but either way should act as wake up call to customers ,including positive Trust Pilot reviewers,who believe they get a good deal from them.
