I thoroughly enjoyed my unit. It was very well stocked and comfortable. Nice view and location. The ONLY downside was being on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

The whole experience was excellent. From check in through check out. The condo was perfectly located, very clean, plenty of amenities.
It was amazing and alot of fun. Very friendly people in the office.
Awesome stay! Communication was amazing, and we were even able to get a last minute late check-out which was so truly appreciated. We can't wait to come back!

We rented a condo here and we're treated like garbage in the moment we walked in the door because we rented through an agency and not them... I know this because they said it over and over and over again to us. They made comments" like people like you" what Mexican American? $200 k a year bread winners? That just wanted to bring our four kids to Maui and have a good time to celebrate our 21 anniversary. we asked for a working phone which was broken a clean room and a towel.... and were constantly talked to in a belittling disgusting and rude way which was the only place in Maui we were treated this way. everywhere we went people were so courteous and kind but these people are disgusting rude people who clearly racist. The manager a old miserable white guy stood in a lobby and talks to me like a piece of garbage in front of my kids because I asked for a towel.... Save your money much nicer better renovated condos in the area that we looked that we will definitely stay at next time instead of here ..If you want to be treated with courtesy respect and care on your well-deserved hard work for vacation don't come here!!!!customer service and courtesy is something that hotels are supposed to provide there in a hospitality business they should not expect their customers to set the pace for their behavior. This is their business and making money off of. Sad part is this this is probably how he speaks to his wife and family so he doesn't know any better... Staying in a a $1500+ for 3 days and this is how your treated for asking for a clean working room and towels.... As a business owner myself I would never treat anyone this way! Then he was upset that the way he spoke to people and he and his staff treated people was what they reciprocated back he turned into a bully cry baby. What a joke to ruin a vacation for people! Get a new job because the stuff you're clearly don't want to work here and our miserable at their job and take it out on their patrons they don't think are good enough to stay here shouldn't judge books by their cover! Treat people how you want to be treated once they began their diabusive behavior to our kids and ourselves they were not going to get courtesy for me. in addition to this the property manager that rented us this condo didn't care either we told him that things in our room that were inadequate and he was rude and disrespectful to us as well. Basically the two hotel and owner were talking but just not to us.. I would not stay here nor use the travel agency that books this they do not care about their customers once they've taken thousands of your dollars you no longer matter and neither does your family vacation or the joy that comes from it!
I always stay at Maui Kamaole, and always used CRH to arrange my yearly visits...they always make my stay easy.
I can’t even begin to explain. I have been in customer service, including managing a hotel, for over 20 years and can safely say that I would never even consider renting from this company again. Rental companies should have standards and CRH clearly does not. We reserved in February for three families staying in June (one of the families was smart enough to not go for the discount trusting CRH). We asked that all three hotel rooms be as close as possible, we made a list of 7 rooms immediately that we would like to stay in, it was clearly stated that they made no promises but they could have made it happen and they did not. They put my husband and I (with our kids) in a completely different building then the other families. We wrote two nights before our stay to see if we could find out our room numbers and they told us they were “still moving stuff around” but we were smart enough to check the rooms they rent for our dates and knew weeks in advance what our rooms would be (and not once did any of the rentals “move around” so they were saying that knowing the room they gave us was awful). We decided to make the best of it. We got there, got to our room, and the smell of rotten breast milk hit. We took ten minutes to look around and spotted brown crusted stuff on the drawers, the coffee pot was dirty with mildew under it, the room smelt awful and we pulled out the sofa bed which had broken springs and it also squeaked with the slightest touch. I was not happy that they put a family, with children, in this room and voiced it in an email. We received an email back saying we could move the following day. We got back to the room that evening, I took a towel down to dry my face, and I was hit by a piece of petrified poop stick to the towel. As soon as it was open the smell hit and there was no doubt it was poop. I went to give my children a bath, turned the knob and my hand hit slimy stuff that was mold, my husband took sheets out for the squeaky sofa bed and it had brown stuff all over them. Even my kids begged us to take them somewhere else. The next day they asked me to walk them through the issues, we were at the store, and I let them know I would be happy to when we got home. Instead they said to go look at the new room and move over. We did do this but I made it clear that I left everything as is except the poop towel in the bathroom trash (and yes I saved it so that they could see it). I expected them to look at it and offer at least an apology but none was ever made. To have a piece of poop like that is beyond unsanitary and not once did we receive an apology. The other room was better, the stuff was well hidden, but as ten days passed there was some concerning things. I went to plug my phone in and there were booger’s stuck to the wall. My son went to use the toilet and called me in, when you looked between the tank and seat of the toilet it was black mold, flaking, and the dirtiest thing I have ever seen. I have pics that will be on TripAdvisor within the next 48 hours. It was so gross that we felt we had to wash off immediately every morning to feel clean after sleeping in it. We got home on Thursday and my son got this rash. The rash got worse and worse and worse until we brought him to the doc today and he has a severe bacterial infection that is caused by a dirty hot tub. The doctor told us the hot tub had to be absolutely disgusting to cause an infection of this degree. It is itchy. My son is miserable and we have him on round the clock allergy medicine so he doesn’t itch his hives (that he was itching until he bled). If you own a condo at Sugar Beach I highly suggest you take care of your property. This means no dirty toilets that took years to acquire that much mold. No dirty coffee pots, no broken sofa beds, no mold, etc and this company should be ashamed of the rooms it rents out.
The condo was old and in desperate need of new paint and sleeper sofa was awful. So bad that we put what passed as its mattress on the floor for my son. terrible. The bedroom in the back was super loud with traffic noise until after about midnight. Since ventilation was patio through bedroom windows, you couldn't close them to keep the noise out. Earplugs all night was the only solution.
I love being so close to a nice beach to swim in. My youngest daughter really enjoyed the swimming pool and it was so convenient having the pool next to the ocean. We all enjoyed the sauna!!! We come from the Finnish background so this was an added luxury, especially when we were gone from our own. 😊 It is so nice being so central to everything!! Staff was amazing!!

Great experience! This was our first time rending through CRH as we typically do vrbo. Our rental at Mana Kai Maui was the best property we've stayed at yet. Location was top notch, beachfront and lanai view could not be beat. Awesome to have amenities on property. Booking through CRH was a breeze and we had no issues at all. Securing late check out was a big plus as well. We paid 50% of the nightly rack rate and could stay as late as 8pm. We only stayed until about 6pm but having that last full day on the beach and in the pool was a true gift. Would highly recommend and would use them again on our next trip!
Beautiful views! Felt like we were on a private beach. Listened to the waves all day. A/C worked great, it was very hot that week. Clean and nicely decorated room. Bed and pull out sofa bed were both comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of towels, beach towels was a plus. Perfect for our family of four. My only small complaint was the water pressure in the shower, it was weak. That was our second stay at sugar beach and we will definitely be back! Mahalo!

Great job at making reservation. Office staff at check in was wonderful. The unit needs some minor work. Weatherstripping on the door. Clean up the ant problem. There were no ants on the other units or family had. Ice maker jams. But we had a great time
The condo experience was a hundred times better than the hotel/resort experience. We went grocery shopping on day one to stock up and everything went smoothly from there. The condo hosts had the kitchen fully stocked with supplies and equipment and they also had all the beach equipment we needed. It was truly like we were living in Maui. Loved it!

Condo was simply amazing! Had everything! Clean and quiet. Absolutely a bargain.
Location of condo was great. View of the sunrise (looking beyond the parking lot) was great. Kitchen and bathroom were up to date. Small TV (30"). Drapes had tears. Overflow A/C water pan had to be emptied 2-3 times a day. Otherwise the stay was very enjoyable.
First time in Maui. Great condo, great location and quite beach.
