The condo was exactly what I was hoping for. There was room for everyone in my party and it had all the necessities we needed. The staff at the office was great as well. We arrived early and they let us check in and get settled asap. I would stay here again.

Location was awesome, (Mana Kai) The condo unit itself was separately managed from the complex in the sense of any local management help as well as the full amenities. It would have been nice to have had a better explanation of this arrangement prior. The unit was a great location with awesome views. Grounds were kept nice and clean daily. Snorkeling right out the back door was beautiful.

Loved staying here on our lastest trip to Maui! It’s not as close to Kam III as we would have liked (we usually just stay right across the way) but it was so nicely renovated and comfortable that it didn’t matter. We had everything we needed: a fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels, washer and dryer and everything for the beach. Friendly staff there too! Thank you so much for a great stay!

If you value space and location over amenities and luxury this is a great choice at this price point. The condo looks just like the pictures. It's dated, the sofa is soft, the beds are hard, the drains run slowly, but we loved the 2 minute (if that) walk across the street to the beach, enjoying sunset views and morning coffee on the Lanai as well as plenty of space to spread out. It's close enough to the beach for great views but far enough so you don't get any road noise. Lots of beach toys and oodles for young kids, but beach chairs and an umbrella would be great additions for the adults. The air conditioning is in the bedrooms only, so if you're planning a summer trip and plan on spending a lot of time in the unit, it may not be the best choice.

The condo and facilities were excellent. We really liked the location as well.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The Condo was equips with all our needs and very spacious. We’re a family of four and we had plenty of room.

The location is by a great beach. Our unit was well kept however I would have to agree with others when they say it would be nice to have a/c in the master bedroom. It’s too far away from the unit so it gets very hot in the room. The other thing was our TV didn’t work. It was very glitchy and turned off every 5 mins. Now we weren’t in Hawaii to watch tv of course however during the day when we took the kids back to the room for a rest when it got really hot out they enjoyed laying in the hide a bed and watching some cartoons so we found this pretty annoying and disappointing. Other than that the unit was well equipped and the grounds are gorgeous. I wish someone would have mentioned upon check in that mangoes are free at the office! We spent a lot of money on them only to find out 2 days before we left (not by the staff but by some people we met) that they were free in the office. We even stopped to watch the groundskeeper pick them and he didn’t say anything :-/

We have rented Hale Kai O Kihei Unit 206 once before and loved it so much we booked it again. Unfortunately this time the unit had a serious infestation of roaches in the kitchen area. We contacted the Rental Property Management and the sent out a technician the same day. He set up one roach trap on the counter but no success. We called them out 2 days later and they dropped off a can of Raid Roach spray and another roach trap. I guess I’m the technician now.... Other than the roach problem we love the location.

The management totally messed up my reservation and I was given a unit which was not suitable for us I experieced a very negative attitude by the management and I would NOT reccomend to stay in the condominium

Great helpful staff, fantastic rooms. Would be nice if the resorts offered a few more facilities though, like a games room, evening restaurant (based on our experience staying at Sugar Bay resort)

it was horrible dont waste your money no air no jaccuzzi and they lie about your room location

The condo needs a remodel. It was fine, comfortable, clean with a beautiful view. Could of done without the right wing nutcase books around the place.

Excellent, fully-stocked, clean and comfortable condo. We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like home and the kids also loved it. We would definitely come back in the future and stay at Sugar Beach Resorts.

The location was great. Everything was great other than our suite needed new paint.

We stayed at Maui Kamaole and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We feel like these are the best condos to stay at in Kihei. The lowrise structure coupled with beautiful immaculate grounds make it a very relaxing place to stay. The condos are clean and well appointed. The ones we have stayed in have had gorgeous ocean views. The pool and hot tub are also well cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again!
