fantastic view. great location. Awesome value. Older condo - very well taken care of and clean. quiet, perfect location to relax, watch the surfers and turtles. Easy check in experience. I had a couple of hiccups booking on line through Groupon but the rental company was very responsive and wonderful to work with. We will definitely recommend to others and look forward to returning.

Absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly, the location was close to everything, and the beach/view was stunning. Would absolutely stay here again

Pros: Location was great at the South end of Kihei and the grounds are very lush and we'll maintained. The condo was very clean, comfortable King size bed, kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils etc. Nice decor. The condo company called soon after we checked in to see how everything was and sent a maintenance person right over to fix our safe and adjust the air conditioning. Cons: The ocean view we paid extra for we had to walk out past the patio and stand at the edge of the grass to see. The both air conditioning units (living room & bedroom) were very loud and old, it was uncomfortable to be in the same room with them on and too hot to have them off and maintenance had to come adjust the one in the bedroom to get it to cool the room. The safe wouldn't lock(maintenance quickly fixed). We stayed for 9 nights and ran out of toilet paper and tissues, when I called for more they said "they only give us a starter pack and we need to provide our own if we need more." Are you kidding me? At $200 + per night they can't provide enough TP for 2 people for our entire stay???? The sheets need to be replaced they are worn and pilled. Lastly when I read reviews on these condos many commented on how great it was to have beach towels, chairs and all the stuff you need for a day at the beach. Our condo had 4 lovely beach towels and 1 old junky cheap chair. When I called to see if the condo rental company had chairs we could use we were told of a company we could "Rent" from. We ended up going back to Costco and buying 2 more beach chairs and umbrella like we have at home and then had to figure out how to get them home on the plane.

It was perfect! Free parking, nicely furnished condo, good size, great location on beach.

the view was fabulous but the bedroom was so hot we could not sleep, the window was taped shut and the air conditioner, old and noisy did not influence the bedroom temperature, but did keep the living room cool. It would have been nice if there had been more than one beach chair, and a blender. When we went to the beach one of us sat on the sand, the other on the chair, not ideal.

The condo (#530) we stayed it has an awesome view. The bed was comfortable. Very convenient to the beach. We are planning to be back again next year for my first grandson's high school graduation. I would love to have the same condo.

We had a great experience with our condo. Loved being by the ocean. 6/2019

We love the complex (Maui Kamaole) and have stayed in many units over the past 15+ years. The unit we stayed in this time was in need of major update. The floor mob was filthy and placed in the closet. The beach chairs were broken. The bed however was very comfortable.

Had to wait until exactly 3 PM to check-in, as the condo was "Still being cleaned". Received condo code at 3 pm, walked over to condo and could not get in. The door code worked, however the front door on the condo had a locked deadbolt on it. Told staff at front desk and was told "There are no deadbolt locks on the doors as we don't have keys for it". After a 15 minute discussion, a person from the front office went over to the condo, to verify what I was saying. The front desk person then called the rental agent, explained the problem to the rental agent, hung up the phone an told me the rental agent "Couldn't care less about this problem". I then had to demand a different condo, before another phone call was made to the rental agent. I then talked to the rental agent by phone and again had to demand a different unit. The rental agent stated that "Building maintenance could not understand what the problem with the front door was". Based on the comments from the front desk employee who did try to help, I feel we were lied to about having to wait for the cleaning staff to clean the condo. I also believe they expected us to wait outside the condo unit in 90+ degree heat and humidity until it was convenient for them to come remedy the front door. This is totally unacceptable. How can the cleaning staff get past the locked deadbolt and into the condo without a key? How difficult is it for the maintenance person to understand that a locked deadbolt requires a key to open? I will never use Condominium Rentals Hawaii again. I will go directly through the individual condo owners using VRBO.

The condominium complex is very well kept as far as grounds and the buildings. The unit we stayed in had loads of conveniences available for our use such as beach toys, kitchen appliances and gadgets. It was very clean and gave our party of four (two couples) lots of privacy as the rooms were separated. Location was convenient and always found ample parking.

Condo was great. I had trouble with stairs. All in all very comfortable. Not as close to the beach as we would have liked but we had a car. View was great. Patio super

Beautiful condo, quiet and not crowded. Kihei was a great location for us, away from the crowds of Lahaina.

Our stay was enjoyable. It's location was very convenient, as we were close to the beach and eateries. The room had everything we needed. I would definitely stay with these guys again.
