We booked a unit with no reviews which we were slightly reluctant to do, but went ahead due to great pricing. We arrived, and had to drive way out of the way to check in. I think there could be a much easier check-in process where you could do that at the property itself. Then we checked in and our unit was dirty. After numerous calls to the company and being rerouted to housekeeping,etc we were put in a different, clean unit for the night and the housekeeper was sent over to clean our unit. We were given the option of waiting for our unit to be cleaned but that would've been a few hours so moving to a different place was better. Then we moved back the next day. They did compensate us for the hassle which was handled well and appreciated. Things do happen, and they did a decent job of dealing with it. They could be easier to reach, and have sent someone over faster, but given we had the option to move, it worked out. We had an issue with a faulty smoke detector which was handled fast.
