Great location! The unit we stayed in is a bit outdated and could use some upgrades. The sink faucet sprays everywhere and the sheets smell old. Other than that, wonderful building and the people at check in and concierges are wonderful!

This was a very nice resort! The rooms are very spacious and comes with all amenities! The best part was the view very beautiful ocean view! The only bad part was that it is super windy.

It was a great stay. The condo was just what I was looking for and the location was perfect. This unit is somewhat dated in décor and need to be modernized.

Dirty, old, smelly and overpriced. Will never stay there again and will make sure no friends or family ever stay there. I had the front desk call the head office and ask for another condo and they said nothing else was available. We were in condo 304. Do yourself a favour and do not accept this condo if offered to you upon arrival.

CRH was very easy to work with. I always had my questions answered quickly. They even called the 2nd day of my vacation to make sure everything was ok. I will use them again next time I’m traveling to Maui.

We had two condos for our family. Both were excellent, beautifully decorated and well maintained. There were ample kitchen supplies, condiments, etc., and bowls of fruit. One owner stopped by with mangoes and other fruit from her trees. Only critical comment concerns the pool near our units. The water was cloudy and it did not seem clean, e.g., hair and small bits of debris in the pool. It did not deter us, but was somewhat off putting. However, we could have checked out the farther pool, but didn't bother.

Great location, the room was kind of dirty, we found stains on the sheets and hair everywhere.

Condo Rentals was easy to deal with. Unit was very clean. They gave us more than enough supplies for the 5 nights we were there. Minor maintenance issue was taken care of very quickly.

It was good overall

Nice location with proximity to nice beaches and eateries. Stayed in two separate units during my stay and overall nice experience. However, the cooling units in each unit need some major work. So hot and A.C is incapable of cooking the whole unit. Mahalo

This is my favorite stretch of beach in Kihei, so we loved the location. The check-in, check-out process was really easy. We had plenty of information on how to contact someone if any problems arose. None really did. We were there end of Aug/beginning of Sept, and it was pretty hot out, so the only caution I would give is that if you go at a hot time, the A/C has a hard time keeping up. There was a great cross-breeze though, and they provided several fans, so we did fine. View from the lanai was wonderful, and all and all I would stay there again.

Great place and great views. The amenities were thoughtful and useful. Easy to check in and out. Only downside was one of us was asthmatic so it did not help that we had to rely on the breeze to stay cool outside of our bedroom. It was 90% humidity or entire stay and a cool room would have helped us stay away from the ER.
