Great delivery very helpful drivers. The timber could not have been better even if I had personally selected each length. Very pleased.
Bad attitude very poor comuication let down time after time Then asked by the manager if we are so bad why do you shop with us Never ever will i shop there or recommend anyone does disappointing!!!!!
The team are all very knowledgeable but also approachable and always keen to help. I feel like I can ask what seems like a stupid question, and that isn't always the case where public meet trade.
Delivered next day. Driver helped get delivery into the house. Can't ask for much more.

THE RUDGEWICK BRANCH WAS VERY GOOD. THE OTHER BRANCHES LEFT ME WONDERING WHY I HAD EVER CONSIDERED DEALING WITH COVERS.
Delivered within 5 days and exactly what I ordered
First time I have used Covers, absolutely fabulous, excellent communication from sales staff, great delivery and best of all the quality of the wood was fantastic and at a great price. Cannot fault in any way.
Great prices and great service. I've had doors, door handles, sand, cement, paving slabs, sleepers, topsoil. One stop shop at competitive prices and delivered pretty much when I wanted.

I use the click and collect service regularly and this has improved over time.
I ordered on line and was sent a message that my order was ready to collect but when I got to the collection point the collection team couldn't find the item in the warehouse. I was then given a refund with no word of "sorry" or attempt to source the item from another branch. A wasted journey and poor customer service. Shame because up until now I have always been impressed with Covers service. Hero to zero in one move
Train staff to be customer focused, not very attentive staff.
My order was placed on a Sunday online and the company phoned me the next day about delivery on Tuesday. I asked if morning was possible and my order for 4 jumbo bags of topsoil was delivered before 0800 the next day. The driver phoned to let me know when he was 5 mins away. The topsoil looks to be of very good quality. I don’t think I could ask more from a company and would happily use their services again, and can heartily recommend them.
Good timber for my needs at a great price and delivery was not excessive either. Communication by desk staff was excellent and the driver very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend based this and previous experience
Ordered over the weekend and received a phone call first thing Monday, arranged delivery for following day. Everyone I dealt with was polite and patient, delivery driver was lovely and helped get my plasterboard into our garage with no problems. Thank you very much 😁

Price of timber was good but communication has not been good
The web site is very very slow and timed out while taking my payment. The people are great but let down by the technology.
