Great delivery very helpful drivers. The timber could not have been better even if I had personally selected each length. Very pleased.
Ordered online Monday evening. Advised by phone of delivery date. Correct timber order arrived early today. The whole process was simple and painless. Will use again in the future.

Dave the delivery man was fantastic. Spent a while finding my house house then helped crane it into a tricky but convenient for me location.
I only needed 1 length of planed 4 x 3 timber which was very easy to order online. I was treated fabulously by your staff when I collected it; they were very happy to pick it from the rack and saw it in half (at no extra cost) so that I could fit it in my car. A big improvement in customer services from 10+ years ago when things felt different if you weren’t ‘Trade’.

The skirting board I ordered was good quality. However the click & collect is very slow took over a week for my order to be ready and that was only because I emailed them to see if it was ready if not would of probably be longer.

Darren in the kitchens dept has been fantastic in helping me measure up and design an extension to my current kitchen. Very helpful, friendly and honest. 5* service and I would definitely recommend.

Some of the wood was warped where it had been sitting in water snd had water marks . so we were unable to use all the wood we had bought.
Slight mix up on delivery but all worked out fine and very helpful and skilled driver to manoeuvre the truck into the drive, so unloading could be much closer to the project. Thankyou from RH13

Had our kitchen completely refurbished. From initial planning right through to beautifully completed job Darren was there to help all the way. Goods arrived exactly as planned. Mike Munroe (fantastic fitter) was able to work very nearly seamlessly to his plan. A couple of small things were very quickly dealt with by Darren. Very pleased with quality of all items and customer support.
