Easy to browse the web site, order and make payment. Delivery was extra, but not extortionate. I can’t remember if delivery free after spending a certain amount of. Delivery was excellent, was confirmed by phone and driver was very polite and friendly.

Accepted my order and payment then took 5 days to tell me it was not in stock, Finally delivered to my 82 year old neighbour without checking who the recipient was and dumped the materials on the front garden contrary to delivery instructions, for the rear of property beside garage, he naïvely was worried about leaving items on an open front garden so set about moving each one at a time with great difficulty.
