Courier Logistics Ltd Reviews

Updated: I was contacted by the customer service through as below and the guys were really nice and deserve five stars, but the system that caused the problem doesn't. They kindly upgraded my parcel and it as delivered just now (Saturday morning) Original review: They tried to deliver a parcel few days ago, and they left a card,I rearranged deliver for Saturday as I was given this option by the system and I received a confirmation email . We received a message yesterday that they tried to deliver again, but there was no card left and of course we were not expecting it in tray day. Today I tried to call which was a long waiting with no answer,I tried the chat and they asked for a proof of my redelivery as they said that they won't deliver on Saturday, they were not helpful and they refused to deliver today, and the earliest is Monday. Obviously they have a dysfunctional online and customer service system and they don't want even to help to correct their own mistake

Waited in all day today for a delivery as i was emailed to say it would be delivered today its not arrived ive rung the company and my items are not even out for delivery today what a waste of a day off work now got to reschedule another day off work not happy consignment number 0021566 postcode s445ay x have the email as proof

Just want to thank the driver John who delivered me a pallet of wood pellets today in Greenhill. The wooden pallet was damaged and could not be taken off the lorry. He unloaded half the bags - and there were a lot! to make it lighter so delivery could take place. The sun was blazing down and it was really hot. Such a helpful and pleasant bloke. Hope this feedback gets to him and his manager. It would have been easy for him just to take it back to the depot. Thanks a million. AG

Should have received item on Thursday 27/6/19, driver could not find my address. Rearranged delivery to a different address that might be easier for the courier to find (and paid £15.99 extra) to 'guarantee' delivery before 10:00hrs on Friday 28/6/19. It's now 15:00hrs and the parcel still has not arrived.... Update: Fri 16.30hrs a same-day courier delivered a replacement item, hurrah. The original item has still not been delivered, although the courier attempted to deliver to the same address he could not find yesterday (unfortunately no phone call to let me know this otherwise I could have explained / met him) Mon 1/7/19 received a phone call from a lovely customer services manager to discuss issues. It seems instructions were not sent / received at various points during the process (other depots may have been involved in this, but not Rotherham, they told me) which led to the whole ensuing hoo-ha. I have upgraded my review as a result of the phone call and as a result of fact-finding from our supplier, but still do not feel the whole experience / service level warrants a '3* - average'.

I had the worst experience with this company. I'd ordered an item which was to be delivered by them - it arrived so badly damaged it had to be replaced. Pallet track / Currier logistics accepted responsibility for the damaged item and assured me that they'd pay for a replacement. I needed this replacement item urgently, so had to order it myself and the assured me that I'd be reimbursed. This was over a year ago, and I've heard nothing back from them, despite regularly chasing them. This has had an effect on my personal finances, and has caused me an immense amount of stress. I'm still owed over £500, and will continue to follow up.

Great service always there to help. Easy to operate the system.

super service. very quick and alweays deal with the call or enquiry

The Customer Service received from Becki @ Courier Logistics Ltd was 110%. Whilst the error was our end for not including instructions on the initial order, she pulled out all possible stops to assist and resolve our problem in order that we could keep our customer happy too. Thanks Becki! Tina Gallacher - PDM

Courier Logistics / APC overnight have refreshed our outlook on couriers - they go above and beyond to ensure that all deliveries are completed. Their communication is impeccable and as a business you are always kept in the loop. I cannot express enough my appreciation of having a company that want to work alongside you to give the best customer experience. Their services offered are up there with the leading big brand couriers however they execute at a much higher standard. I am very happy to have taken Courier Logistics on board and look forward to a positive future working together alongside them.

Brilliant services and very friendly staff- Highly recommended with competitive pricing

Professional and reliable service, highly recommended

Excellent couriers, completely reliable and a brilliant service.

Brilliant service, deliveries all on time. Would highly recommend.

Much better service than a lot of other couriers would definitely use for future mailings

Great company. The booking process is simple and easy to use. Any odd sized shipments can be priced and booked with the friendly and helpful sales team. The admin side is efficient and any help required is dealt with quickly. A great team to work with.

After being let down by other courier companies, we switched to Courier Logistics, who have bent over backwards to help us out. Very reliable! Major plus point is being able to speak to someone over the telephone or get a quick response by email - with any query. I would highly recommend using them.

Service with a smile. Would definitely recommend this company to others fantastic focus on the customer service

Our Company were previously with a courier under the same name (APC). With our recent move to another location our account moved also. Courier Logisitics have given us the smoothest switch over and they have matched our previous rates. Aaron Cullumbine came down to our business and kindly sorted all of this out for us. We found him to be very Polite, informative and a down to earth guy! We have used many Courier services and APC are by far the best. Their customer service, rates and delivery/collection consistency are 10x better than every other courier service we have used. Their IT guy Ryan Franey was also very helpful setting up all of our systems and even came down to personally set up our printer. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable consistent courier service. I CAN'T stress this enough!!

poor service and disinterested operators website unusable for rebooking AVOID

Fantastic customer service. Rarely have any issues but when I do they are dealt with quickly and efficently.
