Courier Logistics Ltd Reviews

Friendly, flexible and fully committed. Not the biggest or the most sophisticated 3PL organisation I have dealt with but one of the easiest to work with. They get the basics right, show genuine care in their work and communicate really well. Basic processes are embedded using clever IT to create a robust operation. We have backed into using Courier Logistics for a broad range of services, having started the relationship as a parcel customer. I now see them as a full solutions provider with capabilities across pallet traffic, sameday, specialist distribution, stock control, pick-and-pack and warehousing. I'd be very happy to speak to potential customers needing a reference.

Courier Logistics has been our service partner for 5 years now and it is a relationship that has thrived and grown. Daniel and his really dedicated team provide a seamless connection between our business and our client needs. From pallet and container storage to pick, pack and despatch we have transparent costings and instant availability of service standards across the UK. Systems have developed intelligently behind the scenes and we can now access so much more from their client portal than ever before which saves us time and money. Combined with a great central location in the UK, I can highly recommend Courier Logistics for any businesses’ outsourced logistics.

Daniel and the Courier Logistics team have been nothing but helpful and have accommodated all of our needs. Would highly recommend.

Andy Hughes at Head Office was extremely helpful and patience in taking me through the new on-line booking system. No sooner had I booked my consignment than there was a driver at my door ready to pick up the package - I think it was more luck than judgement that the driver happened to be in the area however it was a top-notch service and the client received the package the following morning.

Courier Logistics have been a big part of the growth of Gala Tent, Gala Graphics and Gala Performance. With outstanding service, good pricing and a very friendly staff that are always willing to go the extra mile. We simply couldn't be a successful growing Uk company without Courier Logistics giving us 10+ years of magnificent service. A real credit to all the members of Courier Logistics .....

5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

We use the APC Rotherham branch and I am always very impressed with the friendly proffesional staff who even when they are busy & under pressure try their best to help. The only thing I would say is that the we have to wait on the phone for quite a while sometimes before anyone picks up but there are options to email and to be fair they do email back within the hour. I would in no way blame the staff for not picking up straight away as I can appreciate other customers problems take time to sort aswell. I would recommend the company 100% and would like say thanks for all their help.

Excellent Customer Service, nothing is too much trouble and will always come back to you when they say they will. IT Department are always quick to assist when we require if we have an issue with any of the reports we receive. Deliveries are always carried out without question and on the odd occasion IF something goes wrong, Courier Logistics have sorted it out before we even know. Strongly recommend using Courier Logistics.
