Awful Customer Service and Product Doesn't Work
From the start (1/10/25), the customer service has been terrible at responding. Don't even use their "convenient portal" since I've heard since January that they have "glitches". They took a month to answer my requests about bloodwork, so I attempted to start my weight loss journey later than planned. In addition, I have paid full price for 2 additional months (since I used a GroupOn first). I then canceled my RX on 3/24 and got confirmation through the portal it had been stopped. I received a charge on 4/21 and inquired about it via the portal AND via phone. One person disconnected immediately, so I called back. The next I thought was helpful and said that she sent it to her team for the refund. I was still messaging through the portal as well. I got some snide response back that it was MY fault and I turned it back on?!!?!?!? WHY? The compound is terrible and didn't even work, so that makes no sense. The gave me a partial refund which is ridiculous since 1) it doesn't even work and 2) this was not my fault. I think the way this company operates is horrible. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they don't even honor their mistakes. DO NOT USE!!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!
