CosmeticRx lack of customer service

I ordered Latisse from CosmeticRx on auto delivery. I was unable to receive the second shipment due to eye irritation. I contacted CosmeticRx thru email, since they don’t answer their phone, and asked them to discontinue the auto ship of the Latisse. One week later I was notified that the Latisse was preparing to ship. I contacted them again to tell them I had requested them to stop the auto delivery. They said it was already processing and could not be stopped. They told me when it was delivered to not open the package, write return to sender and I would be issued a full refund. I did that. That was 2 months ago. They said as soon as the pharmacy received the package they would issue a refund. That’s the last communication I’ve had from them. For 2 months I’ve emailed them requesting the refund without a response. It would seem they are intentionally ignoring me so as not to issue the refund, despite me following their return instructions. That’s so disappointing from a company that has such good products.

Ordered Semaglutide and the process was SIMPLE and fast. Idk how other ppl in the reviews are having such a hard time l. If you follow the simple instructions they give you; the process is easy. Once you got in communication with Erin RN. They will send your lab order to any QuestDiagnostic near you. All you need to do is bring your ID to the visit and they can see the order. After the Dr. review your labs, your package will be ready and ship. you will get a notification of tracking# via email.

Don’t Buy Their Groupon! I placed my order on October 6

I placed my order on October 6, bought it via Groupon and then went to their website and had to pay an additional $29.99 for shipping, Took time off of work to go to Quest labs for bloodwork, talked to the doctor over the phone, answered all the questions and live in the state of Minnesota where the Groupon CLEARLY states they will ship to the State of Minnesota. It IS October 31, and they are telling me they can’t ship to the state of Minnesota and when they are able to, they will charge me an additional $10 plus another $29.99 for shipping. They’ve given me no legit reason why they can’t send the product or why they advertise that they can send to Minnesota, etc.. . Advertisement on Groupon is misleading, false advertising, terrible customer service, they don’t return your phone calls, and now they sent me a refund for the product, but not my $29.99 Shipping…very shady company in my personal experience.😮 I have spent way too many hours trying to communicate with them to get answers, went to Quest Labs their appointment per their request, and no product was received and I’m out of my money and lost their trust.

In love with CosmeticRx

CosmeticRx has been a game-changer for me! Getting prescriptions like Retin-A and Altreno was super easy, and their help has been fantastic. Shipping is always quick, and the products have really cleared up my acne. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

Have been using the company for over a…

Have been using the company for over a year and really like their products. Other retinol I have tried in the past was too harsh for my skin but the Altreno is gentle and effective. Site is convenient and fast shipping too!

Total scam no answer to calls charged…

Total scam no answer to calls charged for medication and shipping and completed labs. It's been a month and I've recieved nothing going to report this to BBB and notify groupon who is doing business with them. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!

Terrible company do not use

They took a week before they even responded to me. At that time I wrote them a message and they sent me for labs. I went for labs and didn’t hear for a week so again reached out and they stated they received the labs my prescription would be sent in that day. A week later still nothing, now they stop responding to all of my messages and emails. I finally request a refund and they say oh sorry that they don’t ship to my state. All of this after being accepted and reviewed and told I was all set, when they had my address from day one. Horrible company, horrible customer service. Do not use.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Purchased semaglutide through Groupon. For an entire week, I received the runaround about they needed this or that. They don't answer their phones or emails, and their messaging is answered literally once a day. Even if you answer them immediately, they will not get back to you until the following day. I was supposed to receive a call from someone on Monday. I still have no been contacted, and now they have completely ghosted me. AVOID THEM!! There are better companies out there.

They will try to scam you out of money

I purchased a groupon for Cosmetic RX, signed up with the website, had bloodwork done and was supposed to be billed only $35 for shipping (since the groupon covered the charge of the medicine). They stated my card was declined. I re-entered the information thinking maybe I had a typo the zip code. I also confirmed with customer service that I was to only be billed $35 for shipping and they stated yes. My card was declined a second time, and I knew I entered it correctly. So I added a different card. I later received a fraudulent notice from my bank (thank god) and they declined a $499 charge from Cosmetic Rx. The reason my other card was declined 2 other times was because they were trying to bill me $500. They knew I had a groupon. Thankfully they refunded the groupon back to my account and gave me an offer of "$70 plus $35 shipping" and I said absolutely not. I already paid $100 for the groupon, which I cannot get refunded to my account, only as credit so why would I spend another $100 with a company who tried to scam me 3 times prior.

Their customer service number goes unanswered....Their prescription phone number is answered in Chinese! They charged me $59 for NOTHING. Stay away from them!

Needs Improvement

I’ve used them for a few years for Trentinoin. The product has always come on time. The website needs improvement. You can’t see when your med is shipped or when you can expect to receive it. Communication with them is via a message bubble. There is no live chat. I’ve been desperate to try a GLP-1. My insurance doesn’t cover it and WW and RO were too expensive. Suddenly CosmeticRX had Tirzepatide and there was a Groupon deal. I decided to do it at $129 plus a $29 fee for the first month and $499 for each following month for one year. The first month’s med came from a pharmacy in Utah. It really works and I was happy. However, the second month’s supply has not arrived and I’m 2 days overdue for a shot. I messaged and was told the Pharmacy is trying to catch up. They also said there would be a shipping email with tracking but so far nothing. My CC has already been charged. It’s possible that they are going through growing pains with the addition of GLP-1s. I would use a more established on-line doctor until Cosmetic RX improves the experience.

I am actually alarmed reading the…

I am actually alarmed reading the reviews. Hopefully my experience continues to be stellar. I have used cosmetic rx for over a year without any issues. I have gotten helped from customer and I was even able to continue after my initial first sign up through Groupon. Following the instructions so far everything has gone well. Fingers crossed. 🤞🏽

stay away!

timeline for issue: 8/27/24 purchased groupon for rx from Cosmetic RX for $14.99 8/28/24 completed application online with Cosmetic RX and paid required $29.99 to company for shipping costs 8/28/24 spoke with Erin Chang, R.N. w/ Cosmetic RX at 9174392141 confirming approval and was directed to have lab work at Quest Labs prior to rx being shipped (was instructed to wait 1 week to complete lab work so there would be time for lab to receive requisition from Cosmetic RX) 9/3/24 notified Erin Chang, R.N. at 9174392141(via text) that there were no Quest Labs in my area. Requested solution. No reply 9/5/24 reached out again, via text, to above contact. No reply. 9/6/24 received brief reply from above contacting asking if I had the labs. Replied with no and reiterated above issue. No reply 9/15/24 received message on website's patient portal from Patrick Cavanaugh, asking me to reach out to Erin Chang, R.N. again. No reason for request given 9/16/24 reached out again, via text, to Erin Chang. No reply. 9/16/24 received refund in "groupon bucks" of $14.99 9/16/24 reached out to both Patrick Cavanaugh and Erin Chang, via patient portal and via text respectively, stating that I was also entitled to refund of shipping cost of $29.99. No reply

Major rip off

I bought a Groupon for 1 month of semaglutide. I took time out of my day and went and had blood work like they asked, got those results, and the won't send the one month of medication. They want you to pay for another full month price ahead of time. So you just can't get one month and try it. So I was charged for the Groupon and for shipping and I got nothing but blood work done. That my family doctor had just done. Don't use cosmeticRX. They will rip you off.

Fraudulently shipped product & no one answers emails/msgs

Not happy - got the first order through Groupon and did not notice they must have also signed me up for a subscription. They sent no emails regarding a subscription whatsoever at the time of purchase. A few months later, they send me the subscription email the SAME DAY as it shipped. 2 AM for the subscription email and 11 AM for the shipping email. So just a few hours notice for me to find out how to log in and cancel before it shipped. I only check my email once a day so I did not notice the notification email before I received the shipment email. A few hours after the shipping email, I checked my email and immediately sent them a support request BOTH via email AND their messaging box on my account dashboard of their website. This was 5 days ago on the 19th. When I login to my credit card, I see they charged my credit card THE DAY BEFORE THAT ON THE 18TH. (so they could charge my CC but not send me an email?!). I did not hear a word back from them and the product arrived today. They completely ignored me and have charged me $60 for this product I did not want or need. SCAM.
