this company is a scam I am calling my bank to cancel my card right now they never send me the product I had my consult dec 17 it took them more than 15 days to actually do the consult after multiple phone calls. I never received the package and their customer service is awful they never get back to you. I tried to cancel with no luck on the portal the account. They have my card info and they are just charging it

I am posting this email I just sent them: I just spoke with Erin and I am so disappointed. This company never states that before starting medication I need to get bloodwork done. I work at a Funeral Home 6 days a week and just got back from vacation. I will not be able to take time off for at least 6 weeks! Erin tried to see if a lab was open on Sunday my day of and could not find one. Everything promised so far by this company has been altered by you. Per Erin I was told to send this requesting a full refund asap. I was so excited to start my program before the new year and thought your company was going to be the best. But I was wrong. I’m reviewing my phone call with Erin! She is a delight! She’s very helpful and explains things well so that I understand her responses. I’ve spoken with her a few times now. She’s been responsive about returning my calls and that means a lot. I hope her bright and beaming personality means that I won’t have one of the other experiences others have shared as I havent paid shipping or anything yet so I’ll be sure to come back after for a thorough review of the rest of my experience! I’m praying it’s as positive as dealing with Eric C. !

Have had nothing but positive experiences getting semaglutide from Cosmetic rx. Started with a Groupon and they walked me through labs and my first order. Now, I have received my third monthly order at the price they quoted me and couldn’t be happier with the company!!!!

This place is a scam. Absolute rip off. I never received the first prescription than a month later they charged me $179 and won’t refund the money!!!! No way to delete payment information you have to cancel your card. STAY AWAY!!!!

I would give a -10 if I could. Unauthorized charges no callbacks. This company charged my bank $499.00, 3 times in October 2024 withdrawing a total of $1,500 within 10 days of each transaction. I was not expecting 3 charges in October which sent me in the red on my bank account. I called over and over with no help to this day. I had to cancel my debt card, pay overdraft fees. BUYER BEWARE!!! I won’t even use Groupon any longer.

This company is in fact a SCAM. I ordered my medication and paid for shipping 11/22/24, submitted my labs the same day of my phone consultation (which was at 10pm by the way) and a week later have yet to receive any response to my messages or tracking information or the actual medication. They absolutely are scamming people.

I made the mistake of purchasing a Groupon for CosmeticRX for semaglutide. I do not recommend using this company for your weight loss needs. They did a bait and switch during the ordering process, did not communicate the next steps in the ordering process, and refused to work with me after my package was stolen. Below are further details. Once I placed my order on 11/2/24, I received a text message and a phone call from Erin on 11/4/24 saying I needed to schedule a phone consultation. On 11/5/24, I spoke with Erin and she said that my order with the Groupon voucher did not go through successfully and that I needed to place another order using her coupon code. Erin also said I needed to send my labwork directly to her email, which I did on 11/5/24. I placed a second order using Erin's coupon code on 11/5/24 and emailed her my lab work. Between 11/5/24 and 11/9/24 there was no progress on my order. Throughout this time, I contacted support via email, texted Erin, and also messaged support on the Dashboard messaging system. Support finally responded and directed me to resend my labwork directly to them, which I did on 11/9/24. After that, there was no communication from CosmeticRX about my order. On 11/17/24 I reached out to CosmeticRX via email and through their Dashboard messaging requesting the tracking number. They provided it and I realized the package had been stolen off my porch after being delivered on 11/14/24. When I contacted Support to let them know the package was stolen and I had reported the issue to FedEx, they told me they couldn't do anything since they had no control over the package reaching the intended recipient. They said I could pay $179 plus $30 for shipping for another semaglutide order to be sent to me. They would not allow me to use the Groupon voucher I purchased, which hadn't been used due to Erin's instructions earlier in the ordering process. I explained to them that they can require signatures and send tracking information when a package is shipped (not after it is delivered). They stood by their lack of accountability, poor customer service, and poor communication. I had to dispute the $30 shipping charge with my credit card company and contact Groupon to get the amount I paid for the voucher refunded.

This has been a horrible experience for me. I've taken these medications in the past and never had these problems. I purchased on Nov 3rd and order still hasn't been shipped. Had to drive 40 minutes to get labs from their preferred lab. They won't answer emails or call back.

My DLO lab didn't get paid but I spoke to someone today so maybe it'll get done.

I had a terrible experience with CosmeticsRx, and I cannot stress enough how awful their customer service is. It’s practically non-existent. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via email and phone calls, but I received no response whatsoever. Their support line is equally unhelpful. To make matters worse, I attempted to cancel my service through both email and chat, but I never heard back from them. After sending multiple messages, I finally received a reply stating that “I had no more pending orders.” This was frustrating because I had updated my payment method to a credit card that couldn’t cover the charge, yet they still went back and charged my old credit card without my consent. This feels illegal and unethical. Overall, my experience with CosmeticsRx has been incredibly frustrating, and I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable company.

I purchased a one month supply of tirzepatide from Groupon and went to the website to redeem. I ended up paying the $29 shipping fee and never heard from anyone although the website says they will contact you in 24-48 hours. I tried messaging them, emailing them and calling them with no response. Only after I told them I would reach out to Groupon for a refund did they reply with some scripted response about not shipping to my state (although their website and Groupon say that Nevada is allowed). They won’t refund my $29. Avoid them at all cost.

I tried out the product Altreno for the first time and since starting it my skin has been soft and moisturized. Love adding it to my skin care routine. Works well with my other face moisturizers and great for daily use!
