I have used this product before and I love this product.

Tried for two months to order the product. With no results. Called Customer Service twice, and they were essentially completely useless.

I found the cosmeticrx through groupon.com, so I made the purchase to prove it. I received a good deal. They were supposed to charge "$29.99 Shipping/handling charge for the 1st shipment not included due upon checkout. Please allow up to 1-2 days processing time for the medication to ship after consultation. I was charged $499 on my credit card and charged $29,99 to shipping. My credit card was blocked due to suspected fraud by my bank. I tried contacting them more than 100 times, via phone or chat, but they did not respond. Since January 6 when I made the purchase/consultation, I haven't received an answer until today. Maritza, who was super attentive during my consultation, was the only positive thing I experienced with them. Afterwards, I had no contact.

So what I seen is That all the good reviews on here are due to Signing you up , telling you if you go online and give them a good review.They will knock twenty dollars off your shipping and handling. When the coupon was entered, it said I would get the medicine within 2 days after back-and-forth trying to get my application filled out, which took about a week.They told me it would take another week until I would get the semi . I had everything in including my blood work. Then I started. Reading all the reviews and did not see one person ever saying they ever got the medicine. So I called my credit card who told me.I was already charged but didn't know the dollar amount they charged me yet. I put a freeze on my account and also emailed them to cancel because i'm pretty sure this is a fraud company.. But wouldn't you know within 2 hours?The Doctor emailed me telling me.I was approved but I need a new card because my card was declined. So this is my true account.I erased the good review that they asked me to give before.I even delt with them. Buyer beware....

I talked with the staff and they helped me get the info I needed , walked me through the process and helped me till I was successful. So greatful for the pleasant attention and help.

I'm giving 4 stars ONLY because I have not had my first medication shipment, but so far so good! I contacted customer service and reached Maritza after I hadn't heard beach regarding my consultation. She was super pleasant and helpful, advising what I needed to send over to complete the process. She also gave me a discount on upcoming refills. I'm hoping everything is a seamless as it seems to have gone so far. At the present I am happy with my experience.

Great customer service and care

It takes a really long time to get anyone to help you and then when they do, no one is on the same page. My package has been waiting for FedEx to pick it for 3 days now. The medication is supposed to be kept cold so I'm wondering if it's even going to still be good by the time I get it.

Wanted another product. Website was easy to navigate. Good pricing! Customer service knew the products well and answered my questions quickly!

UPDATE (1/14/2025): I wrote the below review one week ago and gave this awful company a 5-star review because Maritza seemed compassionate and on the ball. She may be but the company is HORRIBLE. I can’t seem to get the doctor or anyone to forward my prescription over to the pharmacy, Red Rock Pharmacy. Red Rock is great but Cosmetic Rx is the worst. Don’t waste your time or money! 1/7/2025: I just finished a call with Maritza and she is a GEM! This company has a huge asset in Maritza as the first point of contact when calling, I signed up for Tirz online on Christmas Eve and realized that I had not heard from anyone. I called the number on the company’s website and easily got through. Maritza answered and walked me through what was still needed from me. She also went the extra mile and gave me a discount on the medication for coming months because of the delay. CosmeticRX, hold tight to this employee! She is the best and as a business owner, I know that people like her are hard to come by.

Placed an order for semiglutide on 10/10/24, for some reason the medical questions did not attach. It was difficult trying to get assistance until I finally was able to speak with a rep named Maritza. She was wonderful and empathic to me getting the run around and immediately found a solution to the issue. She gave me a courtesy credit for future orders as well for the inconvenience.

Im not sure how people are so dumb. Semaglutide is a MONTHLY perscription! If you take it only once, it does little to nothing bec you have to start and the lowest dose so that your body gets used to the medication. The dosage goes up gradually every month!!!!. Do your research on what your buying BEFORE you purchase ANYTHING. Before purchasing, i read a few reviews on here in regards to bloodwork... this is a PERSCRIPTION.. if you go to your PCP they will send you to get blood work to get a perscription as well. So,your upset that these Drs want to make sure you CAN take this safely by reviewing your bloodwork results??Frankly, id be more concerned if i was asking a company to give me a prescription and they distrubte it WITHOUT checking my bloodwork! Im thrilled with my process with CosmeticRX. I used my Groupon, i got my bloodwork done ( thank you for making sure it was ok for me to take this medication before starting me on it) and im LOVING the results! ive never been so confident in how i look. This company is NOT a scam. People just dont take the time to educate themselves on what they are buying and how it works exactly! P.S. They have the LOWEST prices for Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. Ive searched tons of companies, and this one is the cheapest!
