CosmeticRx lack of customer service
I ordered Latisse from CosmeticRx on auto delivery. I was unable to receive the second shipment due to eye irritation. I contacted CosmeticRx thru email, since they don’t answer their phone, and asked them to discontinue the auto ship of the Latisse. One week later I was notified that the Latisse was preparing to ship. I contacted them again to tell them I had requested them to stop the auto delivery. They said it was already processing and could not be stopped. They told me when it was delivered to not open the package, write return to sender and I would be issued a full refund. I did that. That was 2 months ago. They said as soon as the pharmacy received the package they would issue a refund. That’s the last communication I’ve had from them. For 2 months I’ve emailed them requesting the refund without a response. It would seem they are intentionally ignoring me so as not to issue the refund, despite me following their return instructions. That’s so disappointing from a company that has such good products.
