Good Product, Service Is The Opposite
The product itself is excellent and you can actually find it at the same price or even less elsewhere. So why the low rating? The service. After deciding to continue the product at the regular price I encountered some concerning and frankly deceptive practices. They advertised the same product and dosage for 149 dollars so I followed their instructions to order. When I called back I spoke with Julie who I believe was the same representative I spoke to the day before who gave me those instructions and her tone and approach were the complete opposite of what I experienced previously. She informed me that my order had already been processed but for a much lower dose. I explained that my order clearly noted I wanted to discuss dosage with the pharmacist as my prior prescription was for a significantly higher amount. Rather than taking accountability or offering a solution she insinuated that the error was mine. I emailed their support team the same day copying the owners of CosmeticRx and asked them to review both calls. To date I have received no response. Julie’s only resolution was to suggest I use the incorrect much lower dose that was sent and wait until August to receive the proper dosage. As a pharmacy is that acceptable? Would they tell someone relying on a life saving medication to just make do with the wrong dose and wait another month? I expressed my disappointment at essentially having spent 150 dollars on something unusable and all Julie did was repeat that the order has already been processed.
