First (insulation) phase completed today by Consumer Energy Solutions to insulate our home, install a air source heat pump and fit solar panels. The insulation stage work was done by Keiran and Ashley. Superb workmanship; they were fast, efficient, very polite and went above and beyond to get all the work done. A 5 star service from two skilled and hardworking young men. Thanks guys you were great👍👍
We had Nathan & Keelan as the insulation installation team. They were punctual, professional and kept work areas tidy and safe. They accommodated slight adjustments, and also made sure all work complied with current Building Regulations, even conducting remedial work on the existing building structure to ensure compliance. They kept us informed at all stages of work to ensure minimal disruption to household activities, and pet movements, going above and beyond expectations. A thoroughly professional and friendly team, who we had for two weeks working in the property and installed very high quality work.
From the first survey in Februay to completion of work in July the company have communicated promptly and efficiently and have supplied tradespeople of the highest calibre. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and every last scrap of rubbish was cleared. They have been a pleasure to do business with.
Thank you so much to Josh Ruck Seyi and the CES solar team. We were kept updated on all the developments and installations. The team worked so hard and managed to complete in the same day on the hottest day of the year.

Our installation has now been completed and we are delighted by the end result. The company has excellent customer service, and quickly came out when our heat pump wasn’t working. The quality of the workmanship is second to none; with top quality materials used. We would particularly like to highlight the plasters, Mark and James for their superb work, and treating us and our property with respect. They really did go above and beyond to make sure the finish was top class. We were also impressed by the knowledge and work done by the solar panel fitter, Rio. Many thanks to all involved.

I am in the middle of having indoor insulation, solar panels , radiators & a heat exchanger.
So far I have not had clear information or guidance. I feel each client should have one project manager to inform and guide. And if appointments are delayed the client should be updated. So far it's been very stressful because of this lack of clarity and information.
But the actual trades doing the jobs have been marvellous so far.
Karl & Matthew came to do dry lining. They left upstairs immaculate. And made sure Sky was all connected after moving tv. They took care of my things and moved furniture as needed. They were cheerful and explained lots. When there was a small glitch they called the office 5 times to try to get it fixed.
Today John, Callum and Kris. Solar PV installers came a day early to install the solar panels. I had a call asking if they could arrive early. (yes please!) They were extremely careful to keep my side gate shut, to keep dog safe while doing many trips. Solar panels look tidy though I am not qualified to say its a great job. They worked quickly, were polite and nice to my dog (top marks!) Edit they left a loose wire that next electrician said could have caused a fire

Solar was connected and clear guidance given
Plumbers installed the heating and it was pandemonium. The house was full of pipes and tools. By the time they finished it was 15th working day. I had been told 10. And still huge holes in kitchen and bathroom for extractor fans, my external light outside removed, and plug sockets and switches hanging off the wall. The heating was turned on Friday & failed on Friday. Plumber returned Saturday & heating failed on Sunday. Called the company 3 times on Monday. Was promised callbacks by 2 but none materialised. Last call was on hold for 35 mins & gave up. A very unhappy customer
Its now the 6th week. Heating still does not work for more than 2 hours
Still a hole in bathroom wall and no extractor
still rubbish left outside
no electric to workshop since their electricians were in the house
had smart meter fitted and told lucky house had not burnt down as solar electrician had left electric wire loose
STRONGLY ADVISE YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY - IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG THEY DO NOT FIX AND ITS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO CALL AS YOU ARE LEFT ON HOLD
Edit to say after 6 months and a threat to go to court they sent an electrician Dan Jones round who fixed it in just a few minutes. Hurrah for Dan!
So glad we got in touch with Energy Solutions! All their workmen were great, did a really good job: shame the first team let them down by being very messy and untidy (eg food containers and cans left lying around, spillages of various liquids, etc). The plasterers and the heating engineer (especially) were fantastic.
We were lucky in having somewhere else to live while the work was carried out as the disruption would have been very difficult to cope with.
Communication was brilliant from the start and we were kept fully informed every step of the way. We were also very impressed at how quick the whole process was from start to finish.

CES came to see us in 2021 and explained in detail how they could insulate our old stone house and the advantages of a heat pump, we originally had storage heaters. Everything they told us was true, with the insulated walls and radiators in every room my whole house is warm and my heating bills for are less, a very good outcome, the men who did the insulation were friendly and efficient and the heating engineers came in straight after and I was up and running, I am very pleased all round and I never get cold now, Jennifer Parker, Barmouth
Servicing plan is a good idea but poorly executed.
We had our boiler installed by this company @3 years ago. Afterwards
we decided to sign up to a servicing plan with them. I cannot fault the people who come to carry out any work. They are always friendly, polite and do a good job.
Unfortunately, the programming of servicing work seems to be a problem for CES as I have to phone every year to remind them that my boiler needs servicing. Having been promised a phone call a week ago, to let me know when my boiler will be serviced, I am still waiting. No doubt I will have to do the chasing once more to establish a date for this year's service. Not good customer service hence the 3 star rating.
