First (insulation) phase completed today by Consumer Energy Solutions to insulate our home, install a air source heat pump and fit solar panels. The insulation stage work was done by Keiran and Ashley. Superb workmanship; they were fast, efficient, very polite and went above and beyond to get all the work done. A 5 star service from two skilled and hardworking young men. Thanks guys you were great👍👍
We had Nathan & Keelan as the insulation installation team. They were punctual, professional and kept work areas tidy and safe. They accommodated slight adjustments, and also made sure all work complied with current Building Regulations, even conducting remedial work on the existing building structure to ensure compliance. They kept us informed at all stages of work to ensure minimal disruption to household activities, and pet movements, going above and beyond expectations. A thoroughly professional and friendly team, who we had for two weeks working in the property and installed very high quality work.
From the first survey in Februay to completion of work in July the company have communicated promptly and efficiently and have supplied tradespeople of the highest calibre. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and every last scrap of rubbish was cleared. They have been a pleasure to do business with.

The workmen that have worked in our house for the last few weeks through this company, have been outstanding. In particular, the team installing the insulation were absolutely fantastic. I was concerned about the upheaval but they were so friendly and accommodating that I actually enjoyed having them in the house! Lee Beynon couldn’t have been more helpful, he worked incredibly hard, barely stopped, was polite, friendly and professional. Backed up by Mark Harris and Andrew Collins they really were the dream team, nothing was too much trouble.
Consumer Energy were recommended to us. Whole experience of dealing with company throughout the application, installation, and aftercare has been excellent. Special mention to the Insulation install team of Josh and Corrie,the quaity of work and communication working with us and customer service was fantastic. In addition Josh Hermandez of the Heating aftercare team who went above and beyond to resolve some snagging issues needs recognition.
I could not fault this company in any way, the work force were fast, the quality of work was excellent and neat tidy and they cleaned up after the job was done. They explained the process and we completely happy with the results. I would recommend this company to anyone, and have done so, three of the people I spoke to have already been done and are very pleased with CES
Following the installation by Consumer Energy Solutions of our Air Source Heat Pump/Solar Panel System, we endured a period during which we were unable to operate the heating system to our satisfaction. After some communication problems, we were eventually contacted by Mr Ben Andrew, Manager of the After Care Team, who personally arranged a visit by Mr Neil Williams, one of the company's most experienced operators. Neil proved to be a highly competent and helpful individual. He provided us with exactly the kind of advice and guidance that we needed. He checked the whole system and re-set what was necessary, explaining everything in great detail to us. We are now very happy with the manner in which our new heating system is operating and would recommend CES as a highly competent company, who operate to a high level of standards.
All run like clockwork from start to finish. A big job that was explained by everyone. All workmen worked around my disabled mother and 4 dogs. Any problems Olivia Coles was at the end of the phone who was so supportive and sorted out any issues. She must be a big asset to the company. Would recommend this company
***EDIT*** CES have now replied to this review and have failed to mention that even their own inspector commented that radiators needed sorting and we have been waiting over three months for this. As for being uncooperative, since when has it been the homeowners responsibility to source contractors to remedy their faults as they have been unable to get anyone, and then when I get a quote they flat out refuse to consider it. Work commenced in February, completed the installation in June. Not one room in our house has been unaffected. Multiple return visits to correct errors and defects. We are now in October and we still have outstanding issues with damaged window frame, stained carpets and damaged carpet as well as damaged radiators. Customer service department are not motivated to resolve, even asked me to talk to repair agents on their behalf as they could not get through to them on the phone. There was some good,careful work from a few contractors but the mess caused and disruption and damage by others would definitely make me think again. I was told 2-3 weeks and there was redecorating involved but I have been left in such a position that every room in the house needs attention and many need completely recorationg. I have held off posting a review as tried to give them a chance to resolve but it looks very much like I shall have to refer the problem on. Very dissapointed
Fantastic lads who came to do the insulation. Craig and Wayne were friendly, very helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure I was happy with everything. Fantastic work done by them both and attention to detail was fantastic too. So pleased with the work they have done.
