Servicing plan is a good idea but poorly executed.
We had our boiler installed by this company @3 years ago. Afterwards we decided to sign up to a servicing plan with them. I cannot fault the people who come to carry out any work. They are always friendly, polite and do a good job. Unfortunately, the programming of servicing work seems to be a problem for CES as I have to phone every year to remind them that my boiler needs servicing. Having been promised a phone call a week ago, to let me know when my boiler will be serviced, I am still waiting. No doubt I will have to do the chasing once more to establish a date for this year's service. Not good customer service hence the 3 star rating.
