I have had Connecten Internet service almost a year now and once I had to contact customer service to have them change the carrier on their side and the internet was working again. This last time I had issue with only a few devices were connecting to router and working slowly and the issue was a few of the antennas were loose they sent me a whole new set and asked me to replace all of them and in 3 days I was up and running again and all my devices connected and had good internet speed.

Having a good Representative Like Tyler who checks up on you and if you need a replacement he's there. I travel a lot so connect Ten works with my life style. And the chat option is great you guys work well with your clients.

I have this unit for a few months now and it performs MUCH better then my Verizon Hotspot. I'm waiting for them to come out with the app so I can switch carriers myself!! A+++++

Been a customer of ConnecTen for a couple months now. I live in Alaska where some services aren’t available or the service is spotty. So far I’ve had no issue with the service nor have any complaints. Competitive pricing for what they offer. I had the pleasure of working with Tyler as my representative. I told him what I needed and he hooked me up with what was necessary for me to be happy with my purchase and didn’t try to over sell. Also provided me with a direct line to contact him so no annoying automated phone calls to get some customer service. So far 10/10

The internet service on our trip has been great so far. Literally plugged in the router and got connected with good speeds. I don’t write many reviews, but this one is well deserved. I would recommend to others who travel or who need a better connection.

As usual, the tech knew what he was doing and the problem resolved in a matter of about 30 minutes or less.

Great service, great customer service! Sitting in Cullman Alabama with a download of 46 and upload in the teens. While some people in the park are out moving their Star link or dish around looking for the perfect spot, we just pulled in and plug in. DONE

We love connecten Internet. We travel frequently in our RV and connectivity is very important. When we have arrived to places that have sparse LTE service, the response from Connecten to switch my service provider has always been efficient, and they always find a way to get me connected.

If you need internet service and are full timing in an Rv or just want service on that weekend trip this is the company to have. I have traveled 38 states and have had service in each one. I broke an entena off the router and I just messaged them and they sent me a replacement right a way. There service is top notch and there prices are competitive.
