Always available if there is a problem with connection- it doesn’t always find the best tower and sometimes need intervention

I would have to say that ConnectTen has been a game changer for me and my family...we live in VERY rural area in Texas...we searched and search for a wifi provider,only to end up very disappointed after purchasing at least 2 dozen systems...Then we found Connect Ten, the service and provider is the ultimate service...We have been using their services now about 3 1/2years...with little to zero issues...when any issues have arises..the technical support is dead on...with out hesitation, they correct and back rolling again.....We thank Tyler and company for always being there and providing us with service...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING....STOP LOOKING, I CAN TELL YOU, GET THIS SERVICE AND YOU WILL NEVER LOOK BACK ...

we follow Eric from nomadic fanatic and purchased the Fortress router and have it mounted on a pole on the side of our rig and it seems pretty sturdy.... at our 2nd location after using it for 3 weeks now with only 1 issue that got resolved it a few minutes 5 Star Company

I've had my unit for a few months now and absolutely love the fact that I'm able to use multiple networks wherever and whenever I want. I just go to the website and tell them either what carrier I want and if I don't know, they'll check for me!!!! absolutely LOVE it...

First when I was talking to them about ordering connecten Tyler called me and answered all my questions. Ordered this is the best company I have worked with it is truly unlimited and they are always there if you have problems. I think 5 minutes was the longest time before I have an answer or am reconnected to a better connection. I live out in the country and have poor cell service so I do lose service every once in awhile but if you chat with them they will have you back up and running within 15-20 minutes.

The customer support has been fantastic and I am more than happy to give a very positive review. He has been awesome checking in with me making sure I’m happy. Let me know of the new live chat and I’m gonna be sending some more business his way.

Tyler always keeps me updated with anything new and never sugar coats things. Always nice, but always about business and making sure you understand whats going on.

I can’t say enough good things about Tyler and the entire team at ConnecTen! They are 100% service oriented. I have had Connect Ten for almost a year now. Was finally able to use when camping. No issues at all. In fact my daughter whom was camping next to us was able to pick up wifi. Just recently I had to add service of additional modem so that when we were camping and took our modem there will be WiFi at home. Tyler is very helpful and speaks to a customer at there level. What truly sets ConnecTen apart is their outstanding customer service. Tyler is a huge part of that. Every time I call, I’m connected with someone in less than a minute, and the support is always top-notch. Tyler, in particular, makes you feel like you're his most important customer. He’s always there when I need help and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The service and coverage have been excellent, but it’s the people—especially Tyler—that make me a loyal customer. I’ve honestly never had better service from any company. If I could give Tyler 100 stars, I would. He’s truly exceptional!

We just returned from our cross country trip. It was 27 days, nearly 7,000 miles and absolutely NO WIFI ISSUES!!! The coverage was excellent with no dead zones (even tho some campgrounds were remote). The Customer Service before we left was top notch and I never felt like I would be without help if I needed it. When the ‘head honcho’ Tyler calls you personally to offer assistance, you know you’ve chosen the right WiFi service! Kudos and appreciation!!!

I have had the connected service now for over a year and working with them has been outstanding. We have been to multiple areas where we have had to change the carrier so we get the best service possible and they were always very attentive to making this change even After hours and on weekends. The overall customer service has been fantastic and they are always there to help. I highly recommend them for all of your Internet access needs.

Called in and had a few questions for Tyler... he really just listened to what I need and even tried to save me $$ y taking his own time and researching my address to actually let me know that I don't have a 5g signal and didn't need to spend any extra $$ on that right now. He took care of everything from A-Z. Few months in and I have 0 complaints.. TY Tyler and ConnecTen!!!
