I put my postcode in and selected 'it depends' for boiler repair or replacement as it depends on how much the fix would be, their website said they have people in my area but they phoned me at half 8 this morning and once I gave them the actual address they said that they do not have anyone in my area. Also that they only do boiler replacements, which begs the question - Why have repairs as an option?! Now my details have been passed onto another company by them to see if they can do any better.

These people are well managed this and they do habbited for out standing support in all the aspects.. Keep it up.

I used this company rather than going through the process of contacting individual heating companies directly and it was an excellent decision. TLS responded very quickly and arranged a number of companies to contact me to provide quotes for installation of a new gas boiler. All were good and provided very similar quotations after survey. Prices varied of course but we made our choice based on both price and confidence in the sales/surveyors. We couldn't be more satisfied - all in all a good process and we would certainly recommend this company

I didnt recieve anyy emails or quotes I have now found one myself.

Be very careful when using this company. Their jargon says they vet all their builders beforehand so they can be trusted. They clearly do not vet them properly when we found out to our cost once our deposit was stolen by one of the builders they recommended. No apology when we phoned them but we were told the girl who took the criminal on was “in tears about it”. That doesn’t get our £5000 back though.

Three out of four recommendations came and gave no hassle quote the fourth quoted over phone acepted one of other three.

4 companies nominated of which 3 were invited to quote. The presentation from the company I selected was excellent, the quotation competitive. Work was completed within 2 weeks to a first rate standard. Only disappointment was that a more local company was apparently not available

Helpful to compare, but did not include any local firms, ie Ipswich, which has several companies. I was contacted by firms about 25- 30 miles away. They were less competitive than my local firm, who I am now booked in with. Thanks for your help.

Got 2 suppliers ,both phone me within 24hours ,both made appointments to come and see me the following day,

I was surprised that only three companies were listed on our local reviews. That apart, all three responded quickly, offered free surveys and two behaved as one would expect well-known double glazing companies to react. The third, a family business, was a little slower to respond after initial contact but proved to be the rough diamond. The advice, the knowledge of thirty years experience and his realistic approach led to him getting the order for the conservatory and a saving of at least £3,500 for ourselves.

I found it really useful Nd easy to use. Love it and would highly recommend it to others looking to do a balance transfer or any other facility MwAh x

Don't bother

We received three quotes for a new telephone system. We ended up going with RSR Communications. They persuaded us to use a VOIP system. It is working very well.

Excellent service would recommend.

Of the three companies offered to supply/fit a Solar PV system to our slate roof two quoted of which one was selected to install the 12 panel array now satisfactorily commissioned. One company didn't quote as they couldn't cope with the insulation sprayed under the roof between rafters.

Waste of time. I waited for a few days but received no quotes, it just put me a few days behind on my plans as I then had to go elsewhere for quotes. Very disappointing.

Still waiting for quote. Very slow so far unfortunately Adrian

Both the survey guy and installer were really nice guys. The price quoted was good, so much so we cancelled 3 other appointments we had made and the work was done on the day arranged. We had one small problem, damage to a new kitchen unit. But after some phone calls to them and the kitchen company it was resolved. The lady on the phone was also very nice and good at customer relations more than some i could mention. So yes UK Gas have done a good job.

Conscientious, skilled, meticulously attentive to detail...that is my experience of Sean Willett's and Keith's work during the three and a half days in which they transformed my 23 year old kitchen into a magical new one! My thanks too, to Neil (tiler extraordinaire), and Adrian Muir, (gifted gas/plumbing expert). From ordering the kitchen units from Howden's, being present on their delivery, checking design details, to seamlessly managing all trades involved, Sean is a Star! Nothing is too much trouble for this A-TEAM! Just witnessing their professionalism, has been an unforgettable experience. My Christmas came early this year!

Very helpful advice on names of recommended companies for our double glazing. We have now booked to have our windows done with one of them, very pleased.
