They don’t vet the builders
Be very careful when using this company. Their jargon says they vet all their builders beforehand so they can be trusted. They clearly do not vet them properly when we found out to our cost once our deposit was stolen by one of the builders they recommended. No apology when we phoned them but we were told the girl who took the criminal on was “in tears about it”. That doesn’t get our £5000 back though.
