Compare Companies Reviews

Used the service to get 2 free no obligation quotes for solar panels for my property, Compare companies contacted me after i completed their quote request via their website and arranged for 2 companies to come round and survey my property. I checked that both companies were MCS registered prior to the meeting and have now received both quotes which seem really competitive. A good service all round from Compare Companies and their referred solar companies.

Easy to use service , I have used them twice when replacing my Double Glazing and my Boiler . Highly recommend

Set up an appointment for heatpump survey, waited 3 hours having rescheduled my day to meet their appointment confirmation text. Nobody turned up. Spoke to the company they suggested would come and they knew noting of the appointment. Wish I'd have looked here first. Useless waste of time

Do not use. They recommended a company, Ocean City Windows and Doors, to me to fit a new conservatory roof. They took my deposit and messed me around. I finally got the roof completed which started leaking the first time it heavily rained. The roof was supposed to come with a 20 year warranty but they have refused to come out and fix it. It cost me nearly £4k and I have been completely ripped off!

Duped into putting in my details for security alarm quotes, when all they did was say Verisure would be in touch.IM ALREADY WITH VERISURE AND WANT OUT!!!!

We wanted a quote for a new conservatory, So were advised to use Compare Companies because they can use local suppliers to get us the best possible quote, We were given 3 suppliers to compare the prices with. We have accepted 1 of the 3 suppliers we were recommended. Very Happy with the service and will be using them for other home improvements in the future.

They made an appointment for me with Fairway Home Improvement Group Ltd on Monday, visit confirmed again yesterday, details made very clear that I needed a quote for one window, just has a call to say they will only quote on no less than two windows. Waste of my time.

would have liked options for sizes and on line - i dont have time to be taking phone calls over an enquiry

good service will use again

Compare companies ( owned by Leads 2 Trade ) arranged for two solar panel companies to visit but failed to confirm that the companies could attend resulting in two no shows. I phoned their number ( 01614 660113 ) after the first no show and was promised a call back but didn't get one. Checked the number above and it is viewed negatively. Wasted my time and that of two companies ( one of which I understand ceased trading.

Entreprise insupportable, harcèlement, appels quotidiens, démarchage injustifiée, vous avez tant besoin de clients comme ça ? Laissez nous tranquilles !

Very professional & friendly call back from compare companies. Had 2 quotes which were very competitive. Would use again. Highly recommended.

Really helpful service

Can't complain, had 2 quotes booked in by them, both were pleasent and professional. One was a little expensive but the second seemed a fair price and we placed an order last week

Set up 2 appointments neither turned up rang to tell them. Was promised call back but never got one. Very annoying as I waited In for 2 days. Totally unprofessional company

Harcèlement au téléphone. Manière frauduleuse. A éviter à tout prix !

Never ever use Trusted Local Suppliers to contact local suppliers. I would give them a zero star if there was that possibility. They connected me with a conman and scammer (by name of George West - Our Price Conservatory) who pretended to be a conservatory installer. When he disappeared with my deposit for no work provided, they shied away from their responsibility and refused to accept nor recognise that their vetting processes were flawed as they had not done any due diligence to check the supplier before listing him on their webpage. Worst of all they were very unhelpful and made no effort to provide support in tracking down the conman nor recovering the deposit. Please stay away and never use Trusted Local Suppliers if you want to avoid any painful losses.

Great experience, very friendly team and happy to help.

Was looking for double glazing. Did not want to be hassled by sales people ( I spent over 30 years in sales and also trained sales people so know all the tricks and get bored talking to sales people who work off scripts). I thought this site would enable me to get online quotes. Within a short time of registering I got a call from compare companiers explaing I would be contacted by several companies. i specifically asked for no phone calls until after 5.30.Almost immediately I started getting phone calls from various companies. and they have not stopped. The 4 companies recommended were the 4 companies that probably spring to everyones mind when thinking about double glazing. The 4 big nationals.. Not one would give me a rough idea of prices, all wanted to send a sales person round for a visit..... by all accounts I am not capable of using a tape measure and letting the companies know what floors my windows are on.........I need someone to come and tell me!!!! Anyway none could help me without a visit. I found myself a company on line that can give an idea of price with a very good estimate website and also my local company were happy to provide an estimate based on my measurements. Sorry I wasted my time with Compare Companies.

Have not received any quotes from the Company though have been bombarded by spam calls since entering my details. Do not recommend
