Quality service. Called up to check in on the transition process and essentially did the switch over for us after some questions and price comparisons. I would recommend, Thank you Kelly the lovely conversation.
Rory was terrific to deal with. His product knowledge enabled him to answer all of my questions easily. Through his manner he inspired confidence for me to change energy plans which I had been thinking about for some time but hadn't acted upon.

I was a little skeptical at first as I hadn’t tried an online service like Compare Broadband before but after speaking to the loveliest customer service representative all my worries were eased! I believe his name was Rory. Rory was very patient and answered all of my questions. He made the process very easy and we were able to switch to a better internet which we’ve had zero issues with so far and even switched to a cheaper electricity provider!
