Adam was easy to talk to. He also guided me through the whole plan as well as the terms. He made sure I understood all about the payments how much of a savings it was for me to switch for a better plan.
Staff were very friendly, easy to understand. I’ve gotten a much better deal than what I had, without the haśle of having to set everything up myself.
Called to inquire about Superloop broadband. Simon very ably assisted me to pick the best deal. He was very pleasant all thru the process. Great customer service, the easiest and quickest I have dealt with over the years. Keep up the excellent work, Simon!
