Halpa ja selkeä sopimus. Sopimus ollut hetken jo voimassa, lamput palaa kirkkaana :)
Mökillä sähkönkulutus on pientä ja vastaavasti siirtohinta kuukaudessa iso, halua on siis säästää ylimääräisestä. Ensimmäisen kerran minulle tuli vastaan vähäisen kulutuksen lisämaksu, useita euroja kuukaudessa tyhjänpäiväisestä ja keinotekoisesta lisästä. Tämän kun huomasin, meni Cheap Energy heti vaihtoon.
2 months with this company and already have to call them, imbeciles, They didn't send me the bill for electricity. I received a message from debt collection, I have to download the bill from debt collection agency. In order to pay it, I think it's kind of really stupid. And there was no bill on their website. So basically I have to waste my time and call this company on Monday and tell them stop being retards. Send your bills so I can pay them.
Made a deal with them during Black Friday period. 15.1. was supposed to start, nothing. Still couldn’t see any contract. Contacted them and their answer was - due to technical error they couldn’t confirm the contract. The contract was confirmed on 21.11. Then they offered me another contract with high monthly fees. Just incompetent service. Sad I even considered them. Charging you extra if you don’t use over 1000kwh per year… Next time I’ll choose a reliable company. No app to use either.
Ei lähetä laskuja, lähettää suoraan lisämaksullisia maksumuistutuksia. Asiakaspalvelu ei vastaa eikä suotu korjaamaan omia virheitään. Käsittämättömän huonoa palvelua, suorastaan asiakkaan huijausta. Välttäkää tätä firmaa. Huvittavaa, että firma väittää täällä palvelevansa asiakasta vaikka tosiasiassa eivät vastaa asiakaspalvelussa.
Vahvistus tuli sähkösopimuksesta. Tilattuna muuttopäivänä sähkö ei toiminut ollenkaan. Lasku kyllä lähetettiin vaikka firman aspa oli kiinni koko päivän. Ei voi suositella kun kukaan ei päivystä näissä tilanteissa ajoittain.
Pienen sähkönkulutuksen lisämaksut ovat iso lisä jos et kuluta 1000kwh/vuodessa. Lukekaa itse, pistäkää googleen hakusanaksi: cheap energy julkinen palveluhinnasto
