We dealt with the assistant lettings manager - Kirstie - who was wonderfully helpful in organising a quick viewing and subsequently the relevant paperwork. We are incredibly happy with the property and service provided by Kirstie (who is a lovely individual to deal with) no question was too arduous for her. We used Charters for the sale and purchase of our old and new properties. Throughout the whole process we found every member of the team to be polite, friendly, helpful and professional. We were kept fully updated at each stage and somebody was always available to give an informed opinion and reassuring advice. We thought the whole team were great and would recommend them highly.

We booked a viewing for a property in North Baddesley yesterday. Both my husband and I booked time off work to attend. The agent did not turn up to the viewing, when we rang the office to find out what had happened the phone just rang and rang. I left an answerphone message and no one got back to us. A day later and we’ve still had no correspondence. Terrible experience.

Fast action was taken by Zoe who contacted services for me and got them in the next day, followed by setting up works necessary for the EICR, so tenants could still move in on the arranged day Phew!
