Beales now Charters provided this, so therefore when I decided to sell I put the property on the market with them. Renting through Beals/Charter's Gosport for the past two years has been a generally positive experience, largely due to Jade. She's consistently been a helpful and responsive point of contact whenever I've needed assistance. Any questions or issues I've had during my tenancy have been handled professionally and efficiently by her. Jade's friendly and approachable nature has made communication straightforward. The four-star rating is due to a specific area for improvement within their services. While my direct interactions with Jade and Team at Gosport have always been excellent, the communication from the maintenance and inspection teams could be more proactive and transparent. In summary, my two years renting with Charter's Gosport have been smooth, and Jade's dedication has been a key factor. Enhancing communication from the maintenance side would easily make this a five-star experience easily.

I had Amelia when going through with this and she was very helpful, so polite, and would help me out if I was stuck on anything. Definitely recommended talking to her!

Thank you so much to James Nunez and Sarah Tyson we couldn't have compleated our sale without them. They did the work that our solicitors should have been doing. We can’t thank you enough for going above and beyond. The only thing we would have done differently is to use a local solisitors who we could have had face to face with Instead we went with the ones which Beals suggested. It took almost 8 months to sell our house we weren’t buying and there was no chain. The solisitors kept leaving just as we were about to exchange. We ended up with 3 different Solistor’s. Only one Nicky Johnson seemed to know what she was doing, Then she left overnight and we got given a trainee Who was useless. James then stepped in for us and we finally got to complete our sale We would definitely use Beals again as they were so helpful through what was a very stressful situation Thanks again to James Nunez and Sarah Tyson.

I had a really positive experience renting through Charters Estate Agents, and I especially want to highlight the support provided by Niamh Clouston, my property manager. Communication was consistently excellent—any issues we raised with the property were dealt with swiftly and resolved promptly. The moving out process was smooth and stress-free, which really made a difference. Even after I’d moved out, Niamh went above and beyond by helping me retrieve some mail that arrived later. It’s rare to find such reliable and responsive service in the rental market, and I’m genuinely grateful for the professionalism and support throughout my tenancy. Highly recommended!

I had a very nice appointment today to view a property with Andy Jerram, she was wonderful, there in time, with a cheerful mood and really easy to approach. She answered all my questions about the property successfully, I am really happy with the treatment given.

So when I decided to move I did not hesitate in choosing Beals now Charters due to the experience and genuine friendliness of the company. James N and Sarah (Havant branch) were amazing to deal with from start to finish. They answered all questions and queries. They always kept me informed of the situation through the entire process, taking the stress out of the situation. They are very efficient at communicating with all parties involved in the chain.
