Charters Chandlers Ford have been so helpful as we’ve looked at buying our first property. Chloe, Cameron and the whole team are knowledgable, personable and nothing was too much of an ask. I would definitely recommend.

Our experience with Charters has been extremely poor. 1 star is generous. We had an offer accepted on a property and we never recieved any updates unless we chased the agency. Even when calling and emailing it would take days to receive any reply. We had been led along by the agency since day one, being lied to on multiple occasions. The first viewing we had with the agency and they didn’t even turn up with keys to the house… I could go on for hours and write a full book about our poor experience. After finding a property 6 weeks later through another company we have requested to be removed from Charters mailing list at least 5 times now and yet still receive spam. Including the details of the property we were set to purchase through them previously before the vendors opted to “remove the property from the market” Overall a shocking experience from start to finish and we will be avoiding the agency in future and advising others to follow suit. We hope this is seen and taken seriously. 1st response to reply, This was during the transition of Beals - Charters and both companies and offices were dealt with and showed poor customer service. 2nd response to reply, I’m honestly shocked to see that reply. Yes I do work for another agency but this review is based solely on the experience I have had with Beals & Charters. I have email chains proving my experience and am happy to discuss it further in a private matter. I have been a customer and paid money into your business and this is how you treat me. You should be ashamed. I also don’t appreciate you disclosing my place of work. That is a breach of GDPR, please remove this.

Although we didn’t end up renting through Charters, I still felt compelled to leave a review for Simon because of the outstanding experience we had with him. From the start, he was incredibly friendly, open, and professional—I’m also so glad of the genuine personal connection we made; he took the time to understand what we were looking for and made us feel heard and respected throughout. It’s rare to come across someone in the property world who combines such warmth with professionalism. Even though things didn’t work out this time, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Simon again in the future—and I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

Very helpful from start to finish. Recently just completed my house sale which was not selling with another agent for months, moved over to Charters and it sold in two weeks with a good offer. All the team have been more than happy to help, pass on messages with no delays, and always answered the phone quickly, would highly recommend. 10/10

They are very pro active and even before we put our house on the market, Chloe phoned us with new instructions. They are very contactable and even on whats app in the evening, They are always very professional and approachable. we received 3 offers on our house in a short time and they got us a good price.

Amazing staff at Charters, polite,very professional , helpful , excellent communicators and always going that extra mile. House buying and selling can be a very stressful time but Charters smoothed the way, I would highly recommend them.

By chance & desperately looking for a let I visited the Chandler’s Ford branch. A sales agent member enquired how he could help & said he would find the letting manager. A lovely helpful lady called Rosie , asked our requirements, & was able to offer a solution & that afternoon could show us round. Brilliant service & with a smile. We didn’t actually take up the let just because 1 unexpectedly came up where we live & where ideally we wished to find a let as familiar with area , husband elderly can go out independently & stay with- same doctor etc as elderly a bonus !

Sophie Pickering has been amazing from start to finish. She kept in contact throughout the process and assisted with adjusting the move in dates, so to benefit the landlord and myself. She was very professional and polite throughout the viewing and over the phone.

I would like to express my thanks to Peter Nobbs at Park Gate. We have rented our home for the last 9 years - the last 3 through Peter. Sadly we are now moving on but I’d like to say how kind, professional, efficient & courteous Peter has always been with us. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he has dealt with any problems that have arisen promptly. Overall renting through Charters has been a really positive experience.
