I've been sub contracting for Charters for a few years now and they are absolutely fantastic. I mostly deal with Laura Hayward and Maxine Faulkner who are brilliant and I can say all of the staff throughout Charters are friendly, reliable and very professional. I look forward to sub contracting for Charters for many years to come. I would recommend buying, selling or renting from Charters to anybody.

Positive team and nice to deal with - the team has been really supportive. The photographer also did the floorplan and EPC, which was a great way of getting a lot of the process underway. It was great to have the brochure done so quickly and they were really open to making a few tweaks, which we really appreciated.

We are coming to the end of selling and buying a property through Charters. Everyone we had contact with in the Winchester office were amazing, really professional, friendly and took all our requirements into consideration when suggesting properties. We've had lots of contact with the office during our property search and while carrying out viewings on our home and we can't thank the team enough for all their hard work on our behalf. It really felt like they were doing all they could to help us buy and sell. They are really responsive and have a large pool of buyers on their books which helps when arranging viewings. After agreeing a sale and purchase we were then passed over to the sales progression team and Jo Goddard has been wonderful. It is a long process to exchange and she kept us updated throughout which made it far less stressful. Jo was in regular phone and email communication with us, keeping us appraised of everything we needed to know. She acted on things promptly and facilitated communication between all parties.

Since looking for a property over a month ago Zoe has been so helpful, she has kept me up to date with all the property’s that have come through that was fitting for us, has called and kept me updated with everything and made the process easy for us and I couldn’t recommend her more

Absolutely amazing Chandlers Ford team! They were on hand to answer all my questions and queries. Rosie and Lily were so helpful and made my renting experience very stress free. Possibly the best experience I’ve had with an estate agent.

The thing that marks Charters out over other estate agents we spoke to was their understanding of the true value of our property. Our first contact with Amy Steele was very positive and our interaction with the office during marketing and arranging viewings was very smooth. Charters clearly had access to a ready pool of potential buyers and we ended up selling within 3 days of marketing. Once we had a buyer Jo Goddard became our contact and has been with us through to exchange and completion. All in all we are so glad we chose Charters - the whole process has been pretty easy and we have ended up with a higher sales value than we expected thanks to them.
