Every chain needs a Jo Goddard! Without Jo’s persistence with our tricky chain I don’t believe we would have made it. Jo’s professionalism and cheery disposition made every obstacle somewhat more bearable. We do regret our own choice of Estate Agent to sell our property and are truly grateful we purchased via Charters in Park Gate.

My daughter has a disability which makes things in this field difficult. From start to finish a faultless service and delightful to be contacted rather than having to chase... A property valuation that truely matched the current market trends, extremely good photographs and a polite and very professional approach from the whole team. Viewers were checked for creditability and therefore our time was not wasted by people who could not proceed. All brilliant.

Oliver worked with us to manage our rental property for almost 2 years.
