Centrona Gas Reviews

Emergency call when mum's hot water packed up completely in the other day. Colin came out despite the weather and worked in baking hot conditions (in the loft of all places) to get her hot water back on again. Above and beyond service - even checked on her the next day to make sure everything was still working. Excellent customer care.

Gas fire service was overdue and it was smoking a bit. John did a complete strip down and clean. Now burning cleanly again and much more efficient. He also gave me some good maintenance tips to prevent future problems.

What a nightmare - kitchen tap started spraying water everywhere at 7am! Called Centrona Gas and they had someone (Colin) round within 2 hours. Turned out to be a split in the pipe under the sink. Fixed quickly and no water damage. Saved my day!

Needed a gas safety certificate for my rental property. Arrived punctually and John was very thorough with all the checks. Found a minor issue with one of the gas taps which he fixed immediately. Certificate provided same day on email. Only issue was parking outside was tricky but that's hardly their fault!

The warm air heating system in our office building hadn't been serviced in years and was making terrible noises. Gary came out and gave it a complete overhaul - cleaned all the ducts, replaced filters, and now it's running like new. Staff are much happier with the improved air quality. Professional job at a fair price.

Ben was class, he came identified the issue and fixed it, he went above and beyond expectations so will defo use them agan!

Finding someone to deal with warm air heating systems is tricky these days, but John at Centrona Gas clearly knows their stuff. Our system hadn’t been serviced in years and was underperforming. John did a full diagnostic, cleaned out the unit, replaced the filter, and adjusted the airflow. It's running smoother than ever. He even explained how to maintain the unit to prolong its lifespan. Great service from someone
