Quality service as expected from Cathay Pacific. The check-in process was smooth and staff were courteous throughout.

Treated myself to business class for my anniversary trip to Asia. The lie-flat seats made all the difference on the overnight flight, and the lounge access in Hong Kong was a nice touch. Food quality was restaurant-level and staff were attentive without being intrusive. Will definitely consider them again for special occasions.

Just flew Hong Kong to London and was impressed with the cabin crew's attention to detail. The meals were surprisingly good for airline food, and the entertainment system kept me occupied throughout the 13-hour journey. Seats were comfortable enough for sleeping, though could use a bit more legroom in economy.

Upgraded to premium economy and it was worth every penny. Extra space made the 11-hour flight much more bearable, and the priority boarding was a nice perk. Cabin was quiet and crew maintained good service throughout the night flight.

Gets you from A to B safely and on time. The crew does their job well enough, though I've experienced warmer service on other airlines. Plane was showing its age a bit but everything functioned properly.

The flight itself was fine - clean aircraft and decent service. However, had issues with delayed baggage at destination which took nearly 2 hours to resolve. Customer service was helpful once we got through to them, but the wait time was frustrating after a long international flight.

While the flight experience was good, what really impressed me was their ground handling team. Lost luggage was tracked down and delivered to my hotel within 12 hours, complete with regular updates via text message. Shows they care about the complete travel experience, not just the flight itself.
