Had been in contact with them back in May regarding my discount/new contract which had not been resolved then spoke to Ewan at the Ayr office yesterday he sent me a email with in 20 minutes of our chat and I signed it DONE π

We've been paying Castle Water by bank transfer, always on time and with all the required information clearly provided. Despite this, they seem unable to recognise our payments and have now added charges to our account as if nothing was paid.
I contacted their help centre through our business profile and never received a reply β not even after following up weeks later. At this point, I have no idea how weβre supposed to get in touch with them or resolve anything.
The experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Sadly, I canβt recommend Castle Water to other small businesses.
