Chris Friel was my contact. He readily understood my difficulty as our office manager has left and I was trying to clarify my contact with Castle - who we pay by direct debit. He guided my carefully and was patient in solving the problem.

Moved into a new premises only to find external issues with an unreported leak by the previous tenants and then hit with an outrageous bill. Customer service providing conflicting advice and no one really interested in sorting out the issue. Will be changing provider

I contacted Castle water as I did not understand my bill. I spoke to a lovely lady called Carol who took me through it so I had a better understanding. Unfortunately I still find it confusing but it was a pleasure to speak to her as she was very helpful.
