We've been paying Castle Water by bank…
We've been paying Castle Water by bank transfer, always on time and with all the required information clearly provided. Despite this, they seem unable to recognise our payments and have now added charges to our account as if nothing was paid. I contacted their help centre through our business profile and never received a reply — not even after following up weeks later. At this point, I have no idea how we’re supposed to get in touch with them or resolve anything. The experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Sadly, I can’t recommend Castle Water to other small businesses.
