Fantastic. Was so easy to put together simple clear instructions went on perfectly. I had some pieces missing I found the email easily, I contacted them, they was really helpful and sent me the missing parts straight out. Thank you so much would highly recommend these guys!

Scam company AVOID Order ref -CR6028 Company take payment for items that are not in stock , no communication, had to constantly chase via email as phone lines are fake and not answered . Only got my money back because I payed via PayPal and raised a claim against them . Please don’t use this Irish based firm , there are plenty of other companies who are are legitimate

I bought a product on the 4th August, they delivered the wrong one. I asked Royal Mail to take it back. I informed them, they said I shouldn't have done that. Then i pointed them to their T&Cs. They then said fine they'll collect from the depot. Its 30th September, they have not refunded, nor collected. I am up the wall with them. They trade under carracks but are based in Ireland and emails come through as Mick's garage. No one picks up their phone number. You tend to get chatbot style emails below. They typically take 10 days to respond, sometimes less, currently they dont respond. I am £649 out of pocket. Unfortunately I paid through paypal credit who are not as effective in tackling fraud like transactions or borderline scams like UK high st banks. Absolutely do not purchase from these people. I have raised a fraudulent claim against them. Today is the 30th September 2023 and the last email I received was the 13th despite many emails from me to follow up. Typical unhelpful style of emails below: Hi Gerry, Were sorry for the delay on your return. Sometimes they can take some time because we could still be waiting on Royal mail to provide us with the package. Once the package has arrived back to us the order will be refunded. Once again we are sorry for the delay. Wasnt very hopeful of receiving my kayak paddle after reading some of the reviews here but it turned up ok. It was a bit slow and comms not brilliant but a good peice of equipment at a really good price.

Take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt. Most of the neg reviews are in regards to car racks...which are notoriously difficult to fit correctly to your car. We bought a paddle board from here, and at first I was extremely concerned about how legit this company was and whether we were going to have issues due to the other reviews on here. We had no problems whatsoever. They do ship from Ireland but even so it arrived within the 2-5day time frame that was initially given. Although they are difficult/impossible to contact via phone, they reply to their emails pretty quickly. Our experience with this company has only been positive thus far.

They've taken the money £675. No product sent, no response to emails, very concerned as you can't ring them. Over two weeks ago now, all I want is a refund (no quibble 30 day refund they state on the website).

Don't trust delivery times! Non-existent customer service and 0 responsibility for huge delivery delays. Took me going through 3 different delivery company's to find where my order was. Thankfully I managed to go and collect it which made it worth while but I couldn't speak to any one. When I did try to call it went through to a different company's email address. A bit dodgy but I did get my order - through no help of Car Racks!

Ordered a kayak from these jokers. The order confirmation was the last thing i heard from them. Phone number leads only to a recorded message telling you contact can only be made via email. Contact via email gets an automated response back - but never anything more. The contact address is in London but they operate out of the Dublin area. Seems like an utter scam and will no doubt now have to wrangle with my credit card company to get my money back. My next thought is how to get trading standards on to these people. Dont be fooled by the slightly cheaper prices online - pay the extra with a reputable company and dont get anywhere near these fools.

I ordered my roof bars and box without checking for reviews first, so panicked when they didn’t arrive on time and had had no updated comms on delivery and my order number wasn’t coming up on the tracking. I agree that it is misleading that you are actually purchasing from Ireland and not London as the website suggests, but that said I order from all over and as long as the duty was paid and I got my goods I didn’t have a problem with this. I won’t lie in that comms were sometimes slower than other companies, but I did always get a reply to my emails both automated and personal. Duty was paid, it was delivered in a damaged box so items missing but these were instantly re-sent out, arriving in time for my holiday which I told them the date of. My roof bars and box are great and fit perfectly for the make of my car, so I was given correct ordering information. Today I emailed to say I had lost my roof bar keys and got an instant reply to say they could send me another set. So all in all, despite the bad reviews on here and the low rating, I personally found them alright to deal with and feel it would be unfair to give anything less than a 5 star review.

Order some my ford fiesta but unfortunately the one did fix onto a three doors though was the one go straight onto the roof fitting. Can send them back and refund but cost me £60 to return them to Ireland.
