Fantastic. Was so easy to put together simple clear instructions went on perfectly. I had some pieces missing I found the email easily, I contacted them, they was really helpful and sent me the missing parts straight out. Thank you so much would highly recommend these guys!

I can't believe this company is pretending to be a UK company and getting away with it! My order was supposed to be delivered in 3 days, apparantly the products are shipped from overseas as the tracking showed it stuck at Heathrow for about a week! When it finally arrived I've been stung with an import and customs charge! Tried to contact customer service 4 times and had no response. Avoid this company!

Don't trust the fake 5star reviews! Ordered 1set of roof bars for my car. I received 2 sets. One that doesn't fit and one set that is missing parts to fit it. The phone no. is an answer phone message and the email so far has only generated a general response not related to my order. An update: I've had a response to my query 2 days after my email. They have asked for pictures of the problem. They sent me the wrong stuff what do they want pictures for? I sent the pictures straight away. No response! I've asked for a refund.... No response. Very poor service.

Ordered a set of roof bars 13 days ago and the dispatch timescale was 2-3 working days. 5 days passes and no dispatch notification so I put a contact request through the website and got a response the item was out of stock but there was an alternative. Replied almost immediately to ask if there was a price difference and to ask for dispatch timescale. this was 8 days ago. Haven't had a response from the company since and no dispatch notification. I paid by credit card but can't dispute the transaction until 30days has passed. This is not good customer service and I need those roof bars! @carracks.co.uk contact me and get this resolved and I will consider revising my review and rating!

Ordered from this company, order was dispatched within 2 days of order but no further information regarding it. Tracked it and it was sat at Heathrow for 6 days, then apparently was attempted to deliver on the but I had no email to say that it was out for delivery or couldn’t be delivered and no attempt at delivery to my address. Has now apparently been sent back to the company but that was 20 days ago so not holding out much hope.

Do read and take note of previous reviews. This company is dreadful. Operates under several names, no contact phone number, listed as a London address but operating out of Ireland. Ordered an item, received a tracking number but didn’t work when I went onto the courier website (random courier that isn’t well known). Sent 3 emails to Car Racks customer service and got no response. Was about to open a query with PayPal, 10 days later my order suddenly arrived, after the date I needed it for. Too late to use the items now but can’t be bothered with the battle to try and return as there’s just no response from these cowboys! Pay a bit more and buy from a reputable business.

Can you give 0 stars. This company is a disgrace and I recommend no one buys from them. I ordered roof bars which were supposed to arrive in 2-4 working day. 20 working days later they arrived which was 10 working days too late for my holiday. In the 20 day period I messaged to say it was now too late however I was advised that I had to accept and arrange a refund. I did and then I heard nothing in response to my request for a refund for 2 weeks. Today I have finally received a convoluted explanation regarding returns which states they need to be returned 30 days from date of purchase! Avoid this terrible company.

Top firm. I ordered a kayak on the 25/2/24 and it appeared at my door on the 28/2/24 in perfect brand new condition. Got my aqua marina memba 330 Kayak for £60.00 less than what other sellers were selling it for online and there was no delivery fee. Definitely using car racks again, and thanks to Ryan and the team for such a great experience and really making my day.
