Fantastic. Was so easy to put together simple clear instructions went on perfectly. I had some pieces missing I found the email easily, I contacted them, they was really helpful and sent me the missing parts straight out. Thank you so much would highly recommend these guys!

As in other reviews, I purchased an item then only later realising it would be shipped from the ROI after receiving shipping information. Emailed the company being concerned with import duties, but only (to date) received an automated response. After reading reviews I was dreading how much extra I’d need to pay. The big surprise was that the item (kayak) arrived in 4 days with a sticker saying customs paid! I was expecting to have to pay around £100+ extra and write an appropriate review, but, based upon this purchase, I can only knock off one star for the stress over customs duties and lack of communication. I could take one more off, but in the end I’ve got my kayak quickly and at a very good price! Lucky?? I hope not and hope that this is the pattern in future…

Avoid at all costs! I recently bought roof bars. The item was incorrect for my vehicle and the the online advertising misleading. Trying to return the item has been disastrous. Items need to be returned to their parent company, Mick's garage, based in Dublin. My item has been stuck in Irish customs for 11 days with no notification that an extra customs charge of €43 was required to release the item. On top of the £27 postage fee. Also, no guarantee that I will be refunded as the 14 day returns policy has lapsed. Honestly, avoid.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could!!!! Ordered a roof rack. The money hs been taken but no roof rack has arrived in the specified deceivers times. There is no telephone number to call and the company doesn’t respond to the emails! Do not use this company!

Ordered Nordrive roof bars for a Skoda yeti. Quick to dispatch. Delivery tracking only covered the item's journey through Ireland then stopped when it reached England but that was not a problem in my case as the item arrived in good time. The roof bars seem to be good quality. I have only installed one of them just to see how they fit and it was easy to install and seemed very secure. I had no import duty to pay but that is most likely due to the value of the item being low enough not to qualify. Overall I'm pleased with the service and the product.

Roof box arrived cracked and unsafe to use total right off to use. the phone numbers supplied lead to a dead end I've tried three n total. Never again Micks Garage or Carracks who knows its madness.

Ordered roof racks 3 weeks ago. Did not receive a week later. Messaged and they said out of stock but would have next week if want to wait. Still not received 2 weeks after. Ignore emails. Phone doesn’t work. Please use other companies. They are not reliable.

So far roof bars now appear out of stock after paying for them. No phone calls from them. Phone number on site un-maned. Up to now very poor service. Might be a scam will update if service improves.
