No communication - all intents and purposes at this stage it looks fraudulent at worst or complete and utter incompetence and no regard for customer service

I bought a product on the 4th August, they delivered the wrong one. I asked Royal Mail to take it back. I informed them, they said I shouldn't have done that. Then i pointed them to their T&Cs. They then said fine they'll collect from the depot. Its 30th September, they have not refunded, nor collected. I am up the wall with them. They trade under carracks but are based in Ireland and emails come through as Mick's garage. No one picks up their phone number. You tend to get chatbot style emails below. They typically take 10 days to respond, sometimes less, currently they dont respond. I am £649 out of pocket. Unfortunately I paid through paypal credit who are not as effective in tackling fraud like transactions or borderline scams like UK high st banks. Absolutely do not purchase from these people. I have raised a fraudulent claim against them. Today is the 30th September 2023 and the last email I received was the 13th despite many emails from me to follow up. Typical unhelpful style of emails below: Hi Gerry, Were sorry for the delay on your return. Sometimes they can take some time because we could still be waiting on Royal mail to provide us with the package. Once the package has arrived back to us the order will be refunded. Once again we are sorry for the delay.
