Poor communication when buying our car
Poor communication when buying our car. Asked various different people we dealt with about service history on the car, was told the history is in the cars hard drive. Turns out the car had only had one done at 6000 miles, we purchased the car at 67,000. The sale person had failed to inform us the previous owner did not have any history to show. Now having to pay out £300 for a full service and god knows what state the oil is in and what issues we will now incur due to this. As a family who rely on a car due to disabled children we are very disappointed and will not recommend car giant to anyone
