Bashley was very helpful and efficient when it came to buying our first electric car. The only thing I wish was different is I wish we could have driven away as we live far away but that’s not their fault.

Primarily the experience was great thanks to the professionalism of Umut, the Cargiant representative that helped me. He spent a good amount of time understanding my requirements, finding the right car, showing me, and walking me through the process. The dealership has a very large variety of cars, which works positive in three ways: First you will find the car that suits you, second the prices are unbeatable, and they offer great customer protection.
They offered a low-interest rate compared to other providers, which saved me money in the long run and application process was smooth, and I got approved quickly without much hassle.

DO NOT TAKE OUT WARRANTIES! We purchased an electric car through Car Giant last year and were upsold the warranty. We questioned at the time whether it was appropriate for electric cars and were told it was. We paid £1900 for the 3 year warranty. After only 6 months we have discovered a fault with the car. We followed the procedure with the warranty- despite the customer service being terrible and the company the warranty is outsourced to unable to find a mechanic who would accept electric cars. Eventually we were directed to a mechanic who diagnosed the fault only to he told that the warranty essentially doesn’t cover electric parts. This in our eyes voids the policy. It is effectively like selling a warranty which doesn’t cover an engine. It’s an extortionate price for very little cover. We now have to pay for the fault and Car Giant will not refund us the full value of the policy. Car Giant aggressively mis-sell these policies with no care for the consumer.
Everything went wrong. I bought a car on Sunday 19th January 2025, initially having tyre pressure warning started showing the team said it's just because of low air pressure but soon will be rectified after an hour they said it cannot, and they won't deliver it today so come on tuesday 21st January, today I went again all the way from Reading and again when car delivered to me and I had started it, the engine oil sign (showing high level of engine oil) switched on. I went to the delivery team and told them the situation and also said today I had called them twice to reconfirm everything because I have to come all the way from reading leaving all work behind then why it was not properly inspected. they said give us an hour we will rectify it but after an hour when I called them they said it cannot be rectified and we will let you know when it will be ready. I am very much disappointed I have to bear two time taxi fare from reading to london and back, I have paid temproary insurance, I have paid road tax but the car is still not in running condition. Can car giant pay back all my expenses. worst ever ???????
Service 0 Stars , purchase 7 vehicles from this company , last vehicle has so many issues and went to car giant for repair after 2 weeks and been over 6 months since then and keep in mind the vehicle been to the manufacturer for 4 weeks aprox and been in CarGiant garage for close to 6 weeks and they lie that they repair it and been tested but they did nothing and told me to collect the car and after 5 min leaving their compond call them to tell them the issues not fixed and now they try to tell me is wear and tear and they cannot cover this as done a lot of miles with the car when I reported the fault 2 weeks after I purchase it and waiting for CarGiant to repair it for last 6 months , I did not know I purchase a vehicle to keep@it in my living room! Worst experience ! By the way still waiting to be repair ! And today told me I need to get the vehicle to a garage and get a report for them again !!!! Embarrassing and disappointing!
buy the car o 6/01/25.test drive the car pay for it get it home and the weather is cold start the car and the error cooling system warning light come on. phone cargiant told take it to garage done that waiting for approval of repair for week hear nothing phone up few time spoke to different people get same answers.it will get done of the day phone up next day still same answers, promise to call back to confirm but nothing happened. Once you paid for it they don't want to help you with the problem. So please be careful when you buy car from here.
Totally unprofessional staff I had a bucking for test drive but after 2hours drive from my house to cargiant the staff told me’the car is unavailable’ but online the car was still available The evaluator (Gregori) totally unprofessional I think they don’t want to sell their cars because my car was evaluated to 8000£ while i received from ‘’we bay any car ‘’10200£
