I don't believe anyone should buy anything extra from this company apart from the car and you should also be aware they record everything you say. I believe I was mis sold a warranty. When I called the company to ask them what was included they told me after 5 years or 60,000 miles virtually nothing my car was older then that when I paid £849.00 for a warranty, literally money for nothing Car Giant told me they had a recording of me saying I accept this doesn't include wear and tear but the guy on the phone told me after that long everything is considered wear and tear Car Giant would not refund me and I am beyond angry about it.
Really smooth experience from booking the viewing, to part exchange all the way through to organising the purchase. Appreciated the chance to test drive the car also. Jaq was extremely helpful and felt no pressure at any stage to commit to anything. Any questions we had were answered.
The biggest choice and value for cars. I scoured the websites for days, hours and weeks and they came out the best for price. Super efficient, I looked at the car one afternoon and in a few hours was driving it away as I didn’t want to come back. Car was valeted, paperwork all done seamlessly. It was like picking up a click and collect order Can’t fault them and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from there

I purchased a new car with Cargiant. I was served by Stephen and Mihai found them extremely friendly and informative. I found the overall process a pleasant one. I like the fact you are able to take the key to look around the new vehicle alone, This allows you to get a true feel of the car without a ‘salesman’ upselling the car or looking over your shoulder. I did find the finance process a little tedious however I appreciate there’s multiple steps that need to be carried out. We also visited mid week on a Wednesday arriving around 11am. We were seen straight away and only had to wait for finance decisions and for the car to be prepped. Around 1pm it did get busier and people were waiting for test drives etc, so arriving early or on a week day is definitely better. Thank you to Stephen for helping with my new Allspace Tiguan.

Selling 2021plate cars in 2025 without a service history and with overdue maintenance showing on the cars dashboard is unacceptable. It’s a waste of time for buyers looking for well maintained vehicles. Transparency matters and buyers deserve full service records and properly serviced cars.

Could not be more disappointed. purchased a car (£20k) and have been unable to use it since (almost 2 weeks). now Cargiant will not pay to resolve the issues. When driving home from Cargiant 2 warning alarms were activated. One for oil temp the other tyre pressure. Cargiant were initially responsive and advised we have the car checked by Kwikfit. They diagnosed the oil temp issue as "normal" and they reset it however the tyre pressure was due to an old puncture fix not being sufficient and would need to be replaced. After a week of trying to get Cargiant to respond and agree the work they finally stated we had to return to Kwikfit for a new diagnotic test because the old one was now out of date. Having received the updated results (same results) Cargiant advised they didn't have any record on their system of our car having an issue and did not know why they had received a report. After finally resolving their admin issues, despite UK safety guidelines stating tyres should be replaced in pairs, they would only replace one tyre. We accepted we'd have to pay for the second one (though were not pleased with this). Cargiant would also only pay for the cheapest tyre on the market and we would have to upgrade this ourselves (not pleased we would need to also fund part of the broken tyre replacement). Having tried to do this we now have to actually pay for the entire thing ourselves because there is no means to just pay the difference, Cargiant have said if we want better tyres we have to pay the entire thing ourselves. They will not even send us a cheque/bank transfer for the cost they would pay. So £20k on a car that has sat for nearly 2 weeks unable to be driven due to a flat tyre and now we have to pay +£500 ourselves for something that Cargiant should have picked up in their so called "thorough" checks.
