Beware of the Warranty – Don't buy it! I purchased a car from Cargiant and opted for their warranty cover, thinking it would provide peace of mind. Unfortunately, when I had an issue with the car, the warranty provider refused to cover the repairs, despite the problem being something you’d expect a warranty to handle. After going through their process, it became clear that the warranty is full of exclusions and fine print that make it almost useless. If you’re buying from Cargiant, I’d strongly recommend skipping the warranty and putting that money aside for potential repairs instead. Save yourself the frustration!

I’ve bought 5 cars from Cargiant over the years but today I felt very cheated. After I paid & went to collect my car, I found out that the car had no log book & I needed to apply at a post office. Although I wasn’t happy that I wasn’t told prior to buying the car, I took possession of the car & headed off to the post office. When I was paying for the road tax, I was hit with a bill of £590 per year + £25 for the log book. I was gobsmacked. The car clearly said £180 per year which I was ok with. I rang Cargiant & said it was way too expensive & wanted to come back & get a cheaper car, only to be told I could not return the car as the invoice (that was sent to me by email after I made payment) said in small prints that the car might need additional payment for road tax for 5 years. I feel very conned that these two major informations were not related to me verbally. I am very disappointed with Cargiant!

Went to Cargiant yesterday to buy the car that I liked. The sales staff who assisted us was professional , respectful and cheerful. The car I wanted was sold 42 minutes ago, so we asked if there is a similar one, he showed us and assisted us all throughtout the process smoothly and without any delay.
