Steve was incredibly patient with me for the whole 3 times I visited Cargiant and viewed over 15 cars. The whole process was seamless.

I recently purchased a car from car giant , and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Stephen was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. At no point did I feel pressured; Stephen’s approach was professional and accommodating. I highly recommend car giant and Stephen to anyone looking for a seamless car-buying experience.

WARNING WARNING! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CAR GIANT. I bought a Range Rover June 23 with extra warranty. From the get go numerous problems water leaking through the windows air con that won’t switch off. New break pads new timing belt the list goes on. I have spent over 12 grand in fixing one problem after another the car has been in my garage more than it’s been on the road. Car giants staff are rude and belligerent and quite honestly don’t give a dam. I have had no luck with warranty or Northridge finance all of them passing the buck. Now this is the interesting bit after doing a bit of research turns out Land-rover have been selling many models of cars including the Range Rover evoque with a defective PDF system which is why they are having so many problems. Car giants must be aware of this but are selling them any way. Not sure about the finance company and warranty but this is extremely dodgy. I am now still paying 600 a month to finance for a car I can’t even drive. So please be very careful that the same thing doesn’t happen to you. I’m now having to most likely take my case to the financial ombudsman. Also I have joined thousands of other people to make a claim against land-rover

The whole experience is good. Just It could be improved if there were clear guidelines in the reception hall, for example, where to ask quick questions, and where to return the key.
